Nine and a half years later, a woman in her early thirties stood with her bicycle outside a villa named Kapoor. She was at home with her children, cycling with them and engaging in a competition.

"Adi, Achu, Amyra, and Anay baba, please stop racing. It's morning, and your habits are like this. Stop cycling or no chocolate for a week," said the woman.

Upon hearing the threat of no chocolate for a week, they stopped cycling, and the woman smirked.

"Get ready for school, and let me do all the cooking. Go have a bath," said the woman.

"Okay, ma, but don't you also have to get ready for the hospital?" said one of her twin babies, Arushi, in a childish voice. Though they may be in the third grade, to their mom, their voices still sounded childish.

"Yes, ma, you also need to get ready," said her other twin, a boy who was the elder brother in the twins but the naughtiest in the house.

"Bua, they are correct. You should go," said Amyra and Anay.

"Okay, I will get ready, but you should also go and get ready," said the woman.

"Aarohi Kapoor, aka ma, go and get ready now!" shouted the twins.

Yes, she was none other than queen Aarohi.

All five of them got ready, and Aarohi dropped them off at school.

As her car stopped in front of the hospital, she saw "ARUSHYA HOSPITAL" written in big letters. Everyone greeted her as she entered, for she was the owner of the hospital.

Upon reaching her cabin, her PA knocked on the door and began updating her on all the meetings she had.

"Mam, will you be attending the medical camp next week on May 7th?" asked Tina, her assistant.

"Starting today, the Minions' vacation begins, so they will help me out there. Okay, where is the camp organized? In Mumbai, right?" asked Aarohi.

"No, mam, this time it is in Udaipur, not in the city. It will start in the outer parts and then move to the city in the last week," replied Tina.

"Oh, okay. Please book a train ticket," said Aarohi.

"A train ticket?" asked Tina.

"Yes, a train ticket."

"Okay," said Tina.

Suddenly, someone barged into the room, staring at Aarohi as if she were a ghost.

"What are you saying? You're going to Udaipur by train? Are you insane? And the whole family will be there. Aru, most importantly, you haven't been there for eight freaking years. What about Achu and Adi? If they ask, what will you say? 'I don't want to have a wedding with betrayers, so I got married to the person I love.' And what about Pree? What are you going to do? Reply to me, damn it," said the man.

"Well, enough, Tina. You book the tickets, and I'll handle this man," said Aarohi.

Tina quickly left the room to see two women and a man trying to eavesdrop on their conversation. She swiftly pushed them inside, and they were all shocked when the door closed.
