Personality:
-Trusting, quite possibly too much. Kaze will let people take advantage of him, time and time again, he just doesn't quite have the street-smart nature to sense when people are using him

-Positive! As a third grade teacher, you learn pretty quickly "in with the good, out with the bad" is a pretty safe motto to stick to.

-Kaze hates planning, as someone who feels at home in a beautiful type of chaos, he tends to not look ahead very far. Sure, he makes lesson plans for his students, but they are A.) done very last minute or B.) edited the plan a thousand times because he couldn't decide on what to do.

-easily exhausted. Kaze doesn't have a lot of energy to keep him going. In fact, he often needs caffeine to keep him awake and running, otherwise, he'd probably collapse of exhaustion. He takes naps or tries to relax whenever he can, though, he can get grumpy and snippy when interrupted

-Kaze has an attitude of "life is short", and wholeheartedly believes that life is a gift that should never be taken for granted. That being said, he's fairly sentimental when it comes to the past and memories, he will make the most of his time while stashing movie ticket stubs, pressed flowers from high school dances, and pictures of old hangout sessions.

-To be perfectly honest, Kaze isn't the smartest. He's just not, it can take him a bit to pick up on easy things, which sucks sometimes considering he's a teacher

-nosy. He is so nosy. He will pry and he will get involved in situations that are none of his business; he sees it as helpful, many others see it and meddlesome

Sensitive spots:

Likes:
-Coffee and tea, the caffeine helps him keep awake and going
-salty snacks, he likes chips and pretzels a lot :)
-the beach, his dream is to live in a seaside home on  Ishigaki Island, Japan
-the smell of fresh linen
-long car rides
-He loves puns, the absolute glee that emits from this man when he gets the opportunity to use one is insane
-early mornings! He's an early bird, that's for sure

Dislikes:
-sweet things, a lot of the time he gets a stomach ache
-the forest, he went on a camping vacation once and swears he won't do it ever again
-riddles, he can never figure them out :(
-eating alone, he often eats with the tv on to avoid feeling lonely while he's eating
-when people smoke, it's one of his pet peeves, after all, it's so bad for their health

Dorian Wytte, I think he's from a webcomic called Hooky(?) I just found his picture and he looked exactly like how I was picturing Kaze

Backstory:
His backstory is fairly normal. He was an only child of two older parents who weren't expecting to have kids at all. Regardless, he was so very loved as a kid and they raised him as well as they could, despite their ages. However, when Kaze was 19, they both passed away within six months of each other. Then and there, while standing in the church at his father's funeral, he decided he didn't want to stay here anymore. While he couldn't move to the oceanside like he dreamed, he transferred to a college across the country, far enough away to where he felt like he could start anew.

Pets:
Two pond frogs that are used as classroom pets and utilized in teaching about life cycles and ecosystems; their names are Swimmy and Princess Tiana. They usually stay in the classroom, but he takes them home during the holiday breaks

Other facts:
-iron deficient anemic, has to take iron pills daily; he also watches what he eats, as he needs foods that are rich in iron

-despite not having a sweet tooth, he always has candy in his bags that way when students get answers right, he always has some handy to toss their way. He often forgets or doesn't need certain bags on school days, however, so he has made it a habit to have them in all of his bags to make sure he's always stocked

-he never wears matching socks
