<Habits> When he's nervous he takes off his glasses and cleans the lenses with the hem of his shirt, but if he doesn't have them on, he plays with his hands, as he needs to do SOMETHING with them or else he'll shake

<Personality> Soren, to put it simply, is a good kid who follows the rules. He advocates for teenagers not to underage drink, he makes sure that people aren't vaping on school grounds, and altogether his nature has given him the mocking 'Goody-Two-Shoes' nickname. He hates it, but it has followed him from middle school to all four high school years. Among this nickname, his reputation has also preceded him as 'Teacher's Pet', 'Brown Noser', and 'Kiss Ass'. He hates all of these so so much, but, no matter how much he tries to deny it, it's fairly accurate. He's never gotten anything below a B+, and even then he was crushed, for him it's all A's, either that or he sees it as a fail. He's a hard worker, that's for sure, and doesn't give up easily. A dogged attitude with everything he does, he also is a bit of an overachiever in that regard.
<Backstory> Soren has a complicated relationship with his parents. They've always had extremely high expectations for Soren, and that's manifested both positively and negatively. For example, he does work hard, gets good grades, and stays inside and away from rebellious parties. They've been overly strict with him, and he's never really had a chance to be a kid or a teenager. Inwardly, he wants to be able to drink, to smoke, to party just once before he becomes an adult, he feels as if he's missing out on being a teenager because he's always doing what his parents want him to. He feels trapped, like he's stuck between his own wants and desires and his parents expectations. This has lead to indecision and confusion about his identity and wants.
