Ever since she could remember Danni knew she wasn't normal. Not only was she a lesbian, but she also had an unbelievable power that made scientists and doctors all over the word study her, and also put her in incredible danger. She was the first recorded person that was able to bring dead people back to life. The only problem was, every time she did it, a little piece of life was drained out of her in return.
People speculate that there is more to unlock from her, but no-one has been able to accomplish anything, that was until a Thursday afternoon rolled by with a hard knock from an unfamiliar face.

Danni opens the door to a tall dark man with a black eyepatch covering one of his eyes. His leather outfit making him look like a bad-ass bald pirate. "May I help you..?" She asks hesitantly, wondering if she should open the door for the weirdo outside. "The name is Nick Fury. The one and only legend behind S.H.I.E.L.D. Now are you going to open the door, or am I gonna have to stand outside like an asshole?" He asks cocking his head to the side.
Danni opens the door, knowing know who he is. Everyone in the world knows about S.H.I.E.L.D and the Avengers. They're the reason most of us are still alive at this point. She nods at him to sit down but he stays standing. "Now, miss..?" He questions. "Ross, Danni Ross." He nods sternly. "Okay Daniella, basically I know everything about you, everything every doctor, scientist and dentist has ever written down about you. And let's just cut down to it. We would like to use your powers, as well as see what more we could produce from you in order to help us get half of the earths population back."
Danni's mouth fell open. "You mean that S.H.I.E.L.D needs me?" He rolled his open eye. "Well someone can clearly listen and point out the obvious. You'll be staying with the left over avengers, which are, Natasha Romanoff, Thor, Steve Rodgers, Clint Barton, Tony Stark and then this other guy they found somewhere called Scott. Bruce Banner will be there as well to preform the tests on you." The information was streaming in so fast, Danni could barely register it all at once.
"You got it? There will be a car here at 16:00 pm. Be packed and ready to leave. You will start training and tests there. Al minor details will be given there too." With no further information or good-bye's he turned on his heel and walked out the door. What the hell just happened?!

After been driving for almost an hour in the fancy black car with tinted windows, the driver not speaking a word, she finally arrived at the Avengers base. The place was huge. Outside were 2 people waiting. Captain America and a beautiful red haired woman with the most captivating green eyes Danni's ever seen. Her curves feminine and the roots of her hair light blonde, probably bleached.
Her eyes followed the limo as it pulled up. 'Probably Natasha,' Danni thought to herself. The red-head put a wild strand of hair behind her ear and crossed her arms across her chest. The tight leather she was wearing sculpting her body perfectly, hugging every bum and curve like a piece of art.
"Helloooo." The driver said again. "Get out, we're here." Danni snapped out of her fantasies and fixed herself. She got out of the car and smiled at the strangers. A welcoming smile spread across Steve's face, a distrusting look across the red-head's. "Hello, welcome to the Avengers-quarters. I'm Steve, and this is-" "Natasha." He got cut of by Natasha, holding out her hand to shake Danni's. Danni took her hand, a bolt of electricity jolting from her finger-tips through the rest of her body as she touched Natasha's hand. A thrill went through her spine as she felt Natasha's grip strengthen around hers.
They all went inside where Danni met the rest of the remaining Avengers, and found out what had gone wrong for all of the people to disappear and Scott to reappear. Her eyes drifting to Natasha every couple of minutes. She was clearly focused on her work, trying to get the rest back from wherever they were.
