We'll meet again

○Chapter 4, part 2: Farewell○

You three reached Komore Teahouse, now panting for air, energy totally drained since you and Kazuha didn't get anything to eat since last night.

"Please, have a seat."
"Thoma, could you please bring us water?" Ayaka asked.
Taking a look at you two, she added,
"It seems I interrupted their breakfast too, could you also bring them something to eat?"

"Ofcourse Lady Ayaka! Be right back." Thoma said, as he left the room.

"Let's not waste anymore time. I'll get to the explanation. An arrest warrant has been issued against Kazuha. He is under suspicion for the massacre of Kaedehara Clan Head and other members. This is obviously not true. What is going on?" She explained.

Kazuha went silent, as he remembered what all had happened.

"What?! That's..that's not true! It wasn't him! How'd they come to such a conclusion?" You protested.

"I overheard the Tenryou Commission. They seemed to come to this conclusion after the words of a witness."

"A witness? But there was no witness besides us!"

"What?....Mind giving me an explanation?"

"Y/n..ill explain." Kazuha said with a rather serious look on his face.
You gave him a nod as he continued to explain what happened.

Ayaka was a good friend ever since childhood. The Kaedehara Clan and Yashiro Commission used to frequently have meetings, and that's how you and Kazuha met Ayaka. Though, you three don't get to meet often, but you still we're good friends. She knew you both very well which is the very reason why Ayaka didn't suspect you both.

"Ahh..now i understand what happened. It must have been rough." She had a sorry look on her face but she really was willing to help you both as much as she could.

"Lady Ayaka! The situation is worsening! There's been posters all around the city and Tenryou Commission Soilders patrolling every corner." Thoma entered the room.

"To think it'd get this worse.."

"I's say it's better you stay in hiding for a few weeks."
Said a man leaning against the door frame of the room you four were present in.
He seemed to be listening in on your conversations.
He was rather tall, had a sharp jawline, and a fair, pretty face. He had gleaming blue eyes and sleek blue hair. He looked like a man of respect.
Wait? Ayaka? Why does he look like Ayaka?

"Brother! You're back! So? How did matters with the Tenryou Commission go?" Ayaka stood up, greeting her brother.

Brother? Oh wait..come to think of it Ayaka did have a brother. I'd last seen him when he was young. We never got to see him after their parents passed away. He really must be busy being the Yashiro Commissioner.

"Ah! I hope you've recognized each other, its really been a long time, let me introduce yourselves. Y/n, Kazuha, this is Ayato, my brother as well as the Yashiro Commissioner and brother, this is Y/n and Kazuha of the Kaedehara Clan."

"Y/n..huh..long time no see, ever since the little 'incident'. Oh! And Kazuha! greetings to you too." Said the man as he took a seat.

Incident? What Incident?
You noticed Ayaka giving her brother a look partially scolding him for what he said.
You looked at Kazuha confused but he wouldn't look back at you.
What the hell.

"Ahem. So back to the topic, I just had a meeting with the Tenryou Commission and they won't take off the arrest warrant until they have proper proof. And, the matter may have reached the ears of the Raiden Shogun." Ayato said looking serious now.
