Bill and dipper was lay in bed when dipper had to get up because he very nauseous and very sick and he ran to the bathroom and started to throw up in the toilet.
Bill then got up and hear dipper throwing up so he ran in the bathroom and saw dipper Hunch over puking his brain put so Bill knee down and patted dipper back.
Bill took dipper to bed and then he ran to go and grab a doctor then the doctor came into the room and check dipper out and then the doctor came to the conclusion that dipper was in fact pregnant.
Bill keep dipper safe while he was lay there resting for a most of the pregnancy. Bill came in everyday to give his baby dipper food and then he would let dipper rest and this would happen every single day during his pregnancy the only time he would get up was if he had to go to the bathroom or had a meet that he was supposed to go to.
Nine months later dipper gave birth to two twin name shades and cyan they where both so beautiful and sweet just how me and Mable was.
Four months later shades and cyan turn three and amity and marcy took them outside to play and while playing outside they went to far and the end up at the mystery shake so amity and marcy had to go fine them and then bring them back home .
Shade and cyan lay down for there nap while Bill and dipper put on some music and started to dance with each other while the kids are asleep.
"Bill I love you " Dipper said as he kissed Bill on the lips.
"I love you too Mason " Bill kiss him back.
