"Excuse me?" I raised a brow "ain't no way"
"Yes there is a way"
"But the doctors in detriot told me-
"Yes this rarely happens but I have dealt with about three cases like this" the doctor told me "I simply think it's a misunderstanding or a miracle"
"You should be happy" Lani told me
"I mean I am but, but can we just check again to make sure?"
"Yes" she said as I laid back down
The doctor rubbed some gel on my stomach before rubbing around. I looked at the screen as she pointed something out.
"That's the foot right there" she told me "and the head right here"
"Oh my god, I got another li cousin on the way"
"If I'm keeping it"
"What you mean?" Lani said looking at me like I was crazy "I got too much shit going on right now"
"Plus we already got like what three kids" I said
"Well if you are thinking about abortion or adoption, here's a book to read about everything" she told me "now you only have a couple more weeks for you to make your decision after that you will have to keep the baby"
"And how many weeks do I have?"
"Well your about ten weeks now, I have to tell you four but I personally would make it three"
"Yes ma'am" I nod my head thinking
"If you do decide to keep the baby your next appointment is next week on the 17th" she told me before handing me a packet and a picture of the ultra sound
"Have a nice day ms Mitchell" the doctor said before shaking my hand
"You too" I smiled as me and Lani walked out of the room
"Ho I been told you that you was pregnant last month when you couldn't eat that seafood" Lani said
"But I can't get pregnant, well shit that's what I thought"
