Meeting the Greatest Hero- All Might

"Let's go find your notebook, Izuku-kun." Gently grabbing Izuki's hand, they both walk towards the location of the notebook together. Izuku is a stuttering mess the whole way because of the way Arisu is holding his hand so gently, and her beauty isn't helping him either.

But Izuku's mind is set on when Katsuki said those words to him and frowned, 'Idiot! If I jumped, that would mean you instigated a suicide! Think before you speak!'

"Ah..." Arisu noticed the charred notebook is being nibbled by the koi fishes, "That's not fish food. That's Izuku-Kun's notebook." She chuckled, grabbing the charred notebook before handing it over to her friend. "Here." Arisu quickly noticed his depressed attitude, her eyebrows furrowed together in concern for him.

Arisu knows that he was still thinking about what Katsuki just said, she looked up at Izuku with a small frown, and placed her hand on Izuku's messy hair, "Don't listen to him, Izuku-kun." The said boy looks down at her as Arisu gives him a sweet smile, "I know you'll become a hero. And if I were in danger someday, I want you to come save me." she said, her face full of kindness.

"D-Don't say things like that..." Izuku sighed, but smile at her nonetheless as he certainly appreciated her support as she warmed his chest with a flutter.

Arisu gazes up at the blue sky and then glances at Izuku, remembering the reason that he first told her why he wanted to become a hero so badly. There was this video that he used to watch every single day. It's about a disaster that happened a long time ago. The video of a hero debuted right after that. He saved over a hundred people in ten minutes, and he did it with a smile on his face even with blood running down his face.

"It's fine now. Why you ask? Because I'm here!"

And that hero was none other than All Might. However, one day, Izuku's mom took him to see a special doctor, and he told the poor boy that he should just give up because it was impossible for him to receive a Quirk. The doctor explained to the mother that normally by the age of four, Izuku would have manifested one of those Quirks, or some combination of the two. In the past, when the superpowers first started growing up, the results of an early research study were published. It became common practice to see if the pinky toe was missing a joint or not. When parts of the body aren't used, they are deemed unnecessary. People who didn't have the joints were thought to be newly evolved forms.

But, Izuku has two joints. It's unusual to see that these days, but that means he has no Quirk.

"He saves everyone with a smile, no matter what trouble they're in...He's such a cool hero..."

Arisu smiled softly, the words that he told her are still fresh in her mind. But when he told this to his mother, she just hugged him and apologized. Those aren't the words that Izuku wanted her to say.

"Arisu-chan?" the silver-haired girl snapped out of her daze when Izuku place a hand on her shoulder, "Are you alright?" he asked in concern.

Arisu looks at him and gives him a reassuring smile, "I'm fine. I'm just thinking, that's all." She replied.

Izuku smiles back and gently squeezes her hand, "Thanks...for believing in me." her eyes widened in surprise and Izuku looks away, his red blush coating his cheeks. "What I meant was...You keep on believing in me that one day, I will become a hero. You supported me, encouraged me, staying by my side all this time. I'm grateful for everything you did for me...So, thank you."

Arisu shook her head and smiled, a small blush appearing on her cheeks. "You're welcome."

Arisu and Izuru continued to walk home together since they lived in the same direction, Izuku interrupted the comfortable silence with a question, "U-um...Arisu-chan..." The girl hummed while giving him a small glance, allowing Izuku to continue as his face burst into a bright red color. "I-I was wondering...If...uh...I-if you and me...um..."
