sweet night by v
on my pillow
you wave goodbye to sara as your shift ends.
you make your way to angel's share, relieved to be free from work.
on my table
diluc glances up as you enter, nodding his head.
you wave and immediately take up a conversation with kaeya.
"how was your day, sav?" he takes a swig of death after noon.
"tiring and boring, and you? how was knights work?" i order my favorite wine.
sharing my fragile truth
"work? haha! what's that?" kaeya laughs, and that seemingly permanent slight smirk charms you yet again.
"seriously, did you even work at all?" you ask, deadpanning.
he sighs. "you're just like this guy!" cocking his head toward diluc.
diluc pretends not to notice.
that i still hope the door is open
"well, maybe i'll have to take 'this guy' instead of you!" you sip your wine.
kaeya frowns "fine, fine. work was boring as ever.. knights work is no fun anymore." he sighs.
"that's right, the adventurer's guild is way more fun." you say.
for some reason, your eyes keep wandering off to diluc...
kaeya grabs your hand, which was resting on the counter, and examines your fingerless gloves.
'cause the window
he looks up at your e/c eyes, and smiles.
"since when were you so cute~"
he stands you up and tries--failing--to twirl you around.
you blush. "k-kaeya! are you drunk?"
diluc sips his grape juice, scowling ever-so slightly.
opened one time with you and me
"me? noo, diluc won't let me~"
you glance over to diluc, who quickly looks away.
ahem "i'm gonna.. take him back. sorry for his annoying behavior." you give an apologetic smile.
diluc simply nods, glancing at your smile once more, before you leave.
now my forever's falling down
it wasn't 'till after you dragged kaeya off that you didn't know where he lived.
you tried to ask, but he kept flirting with you.
