destiny found herself strangely comfortable tangled up in the sheets of clay's bed. she had been in florida for an extra week at this point, and she dreaded heading back home. she was soundly asleep when she felt the bed dip under another's weight.
"desie." she heard a familiar voice quietly call her. "good morning," clay's voice quietly woke her up as he slowly made his way closer to her. "wake up,"
destiny rolled over to her back and covered her eyes with her hands, trying to keep the bright sunlight from seeping into her vision.
"desie." clay called again, pressing a series of short kisses to her now exposed neck.
"what did you just call me?" destiny laughed, turning to face him as she slowly opened her eyes. clay laid next to her on the bed, running his thumb gently across her cheek as he cupped her face in his hand.
clay silently smirked, "desie." he whispered placing a kiss on her forehead and then the very tip of her nose.
"you're so cute, do you know that?" destiny smiled, leaning in and placing a kiss on his lips.
"yeah, i get that a lot actually. you know how it is," clay scoffed sarcastically. "anyways, get up sleeping beauty. we have to take you to the airport soon." clay slowly got out of the bed, looking back at destiny once more before heading towards the door.
"okay, i'll be right out." destiny said, sitting up and smiling at the boy. he smiled back before heading out of the room, silently closing the door behind him.
although she had tried to deny it, she had fallen hard for clay. the thought of leaving him in florida made her heart ache. all she wanted was to be near him; she couldn't get enough of him, but their time together was nearing an end.
