SUMMARY━
If there's one thing Violet Malfoy hates most in the word, it's tradition. And right now, it takes form in Narcissa bloody Black infesting her life like a parasite with her smiles and doe-eyes of adoration at her brother and being the absolute embodiment of the perfect pureblood wife.
Violet is gonna burn down Malfoy Manor if she has to endure one more conversation about wedding venues and flowers.
It doesn't help that Lucius' impending wedding apparently opened the floodgates for her father to, at last, make concrete plans to have Violet married off to some respectable heir once she graduates.
Violet, who'd rather wear leather jackets and go to concerts and get into however much trouble her heart desires at school, is not about to take that future just lying down. Her plan is simple: make her father's job of finding her a suitable match as impossible as she can.
And it comes in form of Sirius Black.

🏹Don't have much to say for this one except Violet is my bby!! She's basically the Sirius of the Malfoys and if she'd have it her way she'd listen to Muggle Rock 'N Roll and wear dark eyeshadow and leather and ripped skirts and boots and everything. if she had it her way, she'd be worse than the marauders. but since she's born into a pureblood traditionalist family.... she folds herself into the dutiful daughter. She's absolutely envious of Sirius just doing his thing damn the consequences but she isn't quite as brave enough to do it herself.
🏹When the wedding plans for Lucius and Narcissa begin in earnest, that changes. Violet sees it as her own fate being sealed bcs as soon as Lucius is married off she knows it'll def be her next. And it scares the shit out of her. So she decides to basically ruin any chances for Abraxas to find her a betrothed by just living out the life she never let herself live.
🏹Sirius and her used to be friends/good acquaintances prior to Hogwarts due to their shared character traits and poisitons in their families. So, when she approaches him about her plan to pretend to be together and drive her family bonkers, he's in. Even better he gets to stick it to Lucius and the Blacks by extension in the process.
🏹What happens after (whether or not they end up genuinely being together, if Violet runs away from home, etc) is up to you!!
🏹I'd also ~potentially~ be open to discussing the idea of going full au and Vi and Sirius just being besties and her eventually catching feelings for Narcissa and them just being cute gfs. But otherwise it should def be Sirius since he's the ideal candidate to stick it to her family and make a point and that's the entire reason she approaches him in the first place.
🏹If you have another title in mind, dm me about it! I'm open to changing it if the alternative title fits. IF you want to change Violet's first name dm me as well. I like the vibe of floral/plants or a more elegant or old-school feel to it so if you do think of another first name for her, please keep within that theme.
