CHAPTER 29:
Both freshened up,got ready and went to the office. They entered Mr. Singh's cabin. After sitting,
Sid- I am really sorry to say Mr. Singh but I want to cancel this contract.
Mr. Singh- WHAT!
Even Avu was shocked as she had no idea abt this.
Suddenly the door of the cabin opened revealing Rohan.
Roh- Dad,woh..
His eyes went to Sidneet and sweat formed in his forehead.Avu got scared and held Sid's arm tightly. Sid looked at her and gave her an assuring smile. Avu calmed down a bit. Both Sidneet stood up.
Mr. Singh- Wait Roh! Mr. Nigam,can u explain the reason why are u trying to cancel the contract.
Sid- Why don't u ask the reason to your son?
Mr. Singh- How will Rohan know about it?
Sid- Mr. Rohan Singh,don't u want to tell your father about his deeds of previous night?
Mr. Singh- Huh? Plz say clearly!
Sid- I just wanna say one thing to your Mr. Singh that yesterday night ur son Rohan tried to molest Avneet. He forced himself on her. If I wouldn't have reached on time,then he would have raped her.
Mr. Singh was shocked while Avu was looking down with tears formed in her eyes.
Mr. Singh went near Roh.
Mr. Singh- Is he saying the truth?
Getting no answer from him, Mr. Singh slapped him hard.
Mr. Singh- I am sorry Mr. Nigam.Plz forgive him and don't cancel this deal. It will lead to a big los..
Mr. Nigam- I don't care...I really don't care about anything when it comes to Avneet.
He said the last line looking at her. Avu being shocked by his statement looked at him. They had a small eyelock. Breaking it,Sid said to Mr. Singh,
Sid- Loss will also be faced by my company.. but I don't give it a damn...What I care about is Avneet's safety and respect. So,I am ending the contract.
He held Avu's palm in his and started going but Avu stopped him..
Avu- Plz don't do this..
Sid- What!
Avu-Yes,plz don't do this..what has Mr. Singh done...Nothing...everything was done by Rohan..so why should any other person face problems? If u cancel this deal,then due to loss, the company 's reputation will fall down...may be people will lose job who work here,there family will face problems, So plz don't cancel this contract.
Sid- But Avneet..
Avu- Plz...
Sid finally agreed.
Sid- Fine! Okay..
Avu's face brightened- Thanks!
Sid smiled..
Sid's P.O.V. - I can do anything for your that smile.
P.O.V. ends.
Rest of the day went normally. They came back to the hotel being tired and slept.
