SID SHOCKED, AVU ROCKED

CHAPTER 59:

Skips to noon,

Avu was sitting in her room when she heard Vaish shouting.

Vaish- Rita, study room pe ek blue color ki file he...woh wala jaldi leke aao.

She went out of her room and peeked towards the hall.

Vaish- Akash, yeh file jaake office me Siddharth ko de aao. Uski koi meeting he aur woh yeh chod diya he..

Akash nodded and started going. Vaish left. Avu thought something and whisper shouted.

Avu- Akash..

He looked upstairs. Avu gestured him to stop. She hurriedly went to her room,took her bag and phone before going downstairs.

Akash- Yes mam

Avu- Yeh file mujhe dedo...I will give to Sid. Mere baare me koi puche toh bol dena ki mene tumse kaha ki me yeh file pahuncha dungi office..okay?

Akash nodded.

Avu went out and sat in the car asking the driver to take her to office. She reached office and went to the reception.

Receptionist- Hi Avneet.

Avu- Hi..

Receptionist- Where were u yesterday and today even u came late.

Avu- I...umm..actually I am on a leave. I will rejoin from tomorrow. For now I have to give this file to Siddharth sir. So can u tell me where is he??

Receptionist- Now he is in the conference hall. The meeting is going on but I think someone named Akash was supposed to come from Nigam Mansion.

Avu- Uhh...ya he was about to come but I think sir didn't remember, the file was with me..so I brought it.

Receptionist- Oh okay..

Avu- Acha...I will just give this file to him..

She smiled and went towards the conference hall.

She reached there and saw the meeting was going on. She knocked the door.

Abhi(from inside)- Come in...

Avu entered inside the meeting room. Sid still had no idea about  her arrival. His back was facing her.

Avu- Sir,the file.

Sid heard her voice and turned back getting shocked to see her.

Sid- YOU!!

The other company members with whom the meeting was being held  looked at Sid as he shouted.

Abhi(whispered)- Sid..

Sid- Uhh...sorry! I was just...

Avu(smirking)- Just?

Sid(glaring at her)- U may-

Abhi- Guys! Meet her...she is Avneet Kaur, PA of Siddharth...actually she is on leave and had just come to give this file.

Avu- Hello!

All replied her back.

Avu- I should be leaving...thank you!

She left the room wiggling her eyebrows at Sid and him glaring at her. The meeting continued but Sid's attention was no more in the meeting.

As soon as it ended,Sid went towards his cabin. He opened the door with a thud.

Sid- AVNI..

She looked at him. He went near her.

Sid- Tumhe ek baat samajh nahin aati? I asked u to stay at home. Then why did u come here? U need rest..right?! The file could be given by Akash. Lekin nahin u got an excuse to come here. Tumhe kya ghar me rehna acha nahin lagta? Now why u are quiet. Say something.

Avu had a blank face. When she saw him stopped talking,she took her hands to her ears and took out an airpod. Sid's mouth went wide opened.

Sid- That means u didn't listen a single thing what I said now.
Avu shook her head in no and burst out laughing. Sid rolled his eyes.

Sid- U should have taken rest at home.

Avu- I am tired after staying at home.

Sid- Tch...wait! Tumne lunch bhi nahin kiya hoga na?

Avu- No..

Sid called someone and ordered for two lunch plates. They started having their lunch.
