Chapter 45

"Byulyi, we need to talk about the school festival." Jin sighs in frustration. "Aren't you and Sandeul going to talk about this..?" Byulyi muttered and pursed her lips. "He knows what I'm even doing, plus it's just the two of us." Jin taps his fingers and sees Wheein coming. "Ehem! Make it three!" She cleared her throat at looked both of them. "Wheein-ah, what about us hanging out? It's the last day of sale day.." Hyejin dragged Wheein along with her, carrying her bag. "Oh- uh? I'll see you guys in a bit!" Wheein waved goodbye. "Period." Jin added, making Byulyi laugh.

"Lets go?" Jin sneakily helds Byulyi's hand, she nodded. "Uh no. Not now." She pulled her hand away and caressed it, looking away from him. "Hey! Wait for me" Jin catch up behind Byulyi.

At Jin's condo, silence is filled everywhere.

"What are we gonna talk about now?" Byulyi started to question Jin, he suddenly looked at her, tapping his index finger at the table and sighed. "Festival." His response. "When is the festival?" Moonbyul strikes again with another question. "Janurary." Jin stands up and sits down next to Byul. She frozed, cause after new year she will be transferred to a new school, can't even figure out how will she even tell him when.

She leaned his head on his shoulder, sighing deeply. "What's wrong? Did you perhaps feel uncomfortable earlier?" Jin pats her head and blinked. "Yeah, classmates might spread the news everywhere. You know how they gossip? It's like they're pulling the whole school!" She gestured, making Jin laugh. "Can we know about our theme? Did the teachers assigned us for the following theme?" Byulyi tilted her head, in confusion. "No. Its up to us." Jin said and grabbed his notebook, starting to take notes.

"Ooh ooh, what about a ... cafe?" Byulyi is now throwing some ideas up at the air. "Oh wait!" She gasps and flicked her middle finger along with the thumb, making a sound. "Heh!" She winked and looked at the plastic that is filled with small to big plushies. "That's the only way that we can get rid of that." She nodded and looked up to him. "You are brilliant, my star." He said and takes the notes down. "Then.. what will be the following games then?" Jin suddenly looed back at her.

"Popping the ballons? and uh... water guns shooting it to some hole? And then catching a little fish along with a toy needle?" Jin keeps on nodding and nodding, suddenly paused. "Slowdown you smol woman." Byulyi then crossed her arms and pouted "madly" but in a cutely way at him. "Jerk." She rolled her eyes and gets up from the couch, making her way to the kitchen, opening the fridge. Her eyes are widened, looking up and down. She was satisfied how the fridge is all filled up with loads of stuff. "My mom picked something up on her way here, she thought I need something even though I don't." Jin commented while he was focusing on what he was writing. Byulyi is still busy deciding what to eat, she picked up the strawberry milk and the strawberry cheesecake.

It looks delicious.

Putting it down at the table, and grabbing a fork to dig in. "Aren't you gonna share or eat that all by yourself?" Jin raised a brow, looking pretty serious. "You can get one yourself! You're a grown man already!" Just then Byulyi turned to look at him, Jin stole a kiss from her.

Blushing and ignoring it by taking a bite. "Speechless? Aren't you. That's what you get for calling me a jerk, my star." He chuckles and grabbed a slice from the fridge, sitting down next to her. Smirking while Byulyi is not looking, putting the plate of Strawberry Cheescake down. "Anyways.. when is the exact-"

"There's no exact date yet Byulyi. The teachers just told me its in January." Cutting her words like she didn't even listened earlier.
