Chapter 1

A girl named Moonbyul was walking to her new school named " Seoul High School ". She was with her luggage looking around, wondering if she's near. " This is a long walkway.. " Moonbyul sighs, pausing herself from walking, grabbing a bottle of cold water. She drinks it quickly and the cool wind hits her. " That's refreshing," Moonbyul said to herself, putting the water at the side of her backpack.

A fancy car stopped in front of her, opening the car window. " Byul! " A girl called out. " Seulgi! " Moonbyul called the girl named Seulgi. " What ya' doin walking by yourself? Come and get in! " Seulgi offered her to get in her car. " Ah, no need. The school is near yeah? " Moonbyul chuckled. " You can't walk all by yourself, right? " Seulgi got a little worried to Byul. " Actually I can- " " Mom, I will walk with Byul-unnie, you can go now! " Seulgi asked for her mom's permission, smiling and also doing an aegyo at the same time.

" Okay okay, you can go. Just call me if you are there. " Mrs. Kang said, kissing Seulgi's cheek. Moonbyul slowly looks down, remembering her mom. "Bye-bye! " Seulgi waved goodbye to her mom. Seulgi quickly gets her luggage and another bag. " Let's go? " Moonbyul smiles softly, waiting for Seulgi to agree. " Okayyy! " Seulgi giggled.

Her name is Kang Seulgi, my best friend since Elementary days. I might not remember some quiet memories but she's the luckiest person I've ever met. She's pretty popular and friendly at the same time, not like me but friendly. She's pretty fashionable but also a troublemaker.

" Hey, do you any have news from your mom? " " Did you found her? " Seulgi asks two questions at the same time. " Whoa whoa, one at a time bear. " Byul giggled, hitting her shoulder lightly. " Mmm.. Did you found her? " Seulgi asked a question, raising a brow.

" No, I still need help from my relatives.. maybe they know her? " Byul spoke out. " Watch out! " Seulgi widens her eyes, trying to reach out Byul's wrist. Then, but got hit by a bicycle, she fell down and the papers flew. " A-ah.. " The older boy fell from the bicycle. " Byul unnie! " Seulgi quickly approaches Byul, making her stand up.

Seulgi quickly gets the mixed papers, not checking if it's Byul's or not. She quickly gave it back to Byul. The other man stopped in front of the guy from earlier. " Jin! Are you okay? " The guy called the other guy named Jin, helping him stand up. " I'm fine let go of me. " Jin scoffs, letting go from the other guy. Jin quickly grabbed the papers from his folder, putting them back. " Miss, don't forget where you're going. " Jin glares at Byul, standing on the bicycle, and starts to goes to the school without the other guy.

" Uhm, miss..? " The other guy approached Byul, getting some money. " I apologize on behalf of my friend named Jin, by the way.. the name is Sandeul. " Sandeul introduced himself at Byul, reaching his hand out for a shake. Byul smiles slightly, shaking her hands with Sandeul. " By the way, take this money for the school nurse. " Sandeul slowly hands out the money, shyly giving it. " I'm fine-" " We don't need your dirty money. " Seulgi speaks to Sandeul, showing her anger. " Seulgi.. " " I'm okay.. Sandeul-nim.. It's just a light bruise. " Byul blinked and bows.

" We should meet after so Jin can apologize to you. " Sandeul said, bowing back. " I have to go now, it was nice meeting you miss. " Sandeul gets on his bicycle, quickly chasing Jin that whose already far away from Sandeul.

" Unnie, are you okay? " Seulgi looks at Moonbyul, she was really worried and looked at her ankle. " Can you walk..? " Seulgi asked and blinked, hoping if she can. " Yeah, it doesn't hurt much Bear. " Moonbyul smiles widely. " I should call mom. " " No! I might cause trouble! " Moonbyul grabbed Seulgi's hand as she gets the phone. " Okay fine, instead we're almost there. " Seulgi holds Byul's hands, walking again going at the school.

" Unnie, let's get our keys to the dorm! " Seulgi said. " Go on, I'll wait here. " Moonbyul smiles softly. " Okay! " Seulgi giggled and goes to the counter of the school entrance. While Moonbyul saw Jin and Sandeul, walking inside. Moonbyul quickly responds that she turned away from Jin, not letting him see a bruise.
