Today was a board meeting which means its actually going to be a bored meeting (haha see what I did there). Hakeem Jamal and Lucious were in the meeting room. Followed by Anika and Cookie.

I was really confused. What is going on. Are they letting me go. If they are its all Anikas fault. She has made me sing all these songs that old ladies are supposed to sing. I then opened the dorra to the board room and took deep breaths.

Me: You guys... Uh wanted to see me

Lucious: Well we wanted to let you know that you are not in trouble

Me: OK I thought I was ( Thank you Jesus)

Cookie: Well first off Anika ain't managing you no more

Me: What?!?!

Cookie: No

Me: So who is!?!?

Cookie: I am

Oh my gosh today is defiantly my day.

Me: Oh My gosh seriously

Lucious: Wait Cookie this wasn't the plan

Cookie: Anika is making Aaronda sing these old love songs when all the song needs is a little push

Anika: First off she is my client second off No I do not make her sing love songs

Cookie: You do

Anika: I do not

Cookie: Trick yes you do

Anika: Who are you calling a trick jail hoe

Cookie: I wasn't nobody's jail hoe I had jail hoes

Hakeem: Yo mom calm down

Jamal: Exactly y'all are fighting like me and Keem

Lucious: Look we are going to let Aaronda decide who she wants to work with

I looked at Cookie then I looked at Anika. Anika has been managing me since day one. But she is to bland I mean my music needs some of Cookie's touch.

Me: Anika

Anika smiled and Cookie looked like she got the wind knocked out of her.

Anika: Told you Cookie

Me: I am going with Cookie

Cookie: Told you Anika

Hakeem: Damn that was a spin around

Jamal: Well I gotta go guys I'll be back later on

Hakeem: Bye mal

Me: Bye

Cookie and Lucious: By son

Anika left out the room when Jamal did. Cause she was pissed.

Cookie: So first case of business You and Hakeem doing a song together

Me: Wait why?

Cookie: To promote your album

Me: Oh

3 days late.........

Me and Hakeem went into the studio to record our song. So far we have been working good together but I just feel like there is something more than that. Something more than business.

Hakeem would flirt with me and I would flirt with him. People everywhere thought we were dating. When I say everywhere I mean EVERYWHERE.

Today I guess he was in a good mood or something cause he came and kissed me on the cheek and had a bag if chipotle.

Hakeem: I hope your hungry

Me: I am indeed

Hakeem: I got us chipotle

Me: Really oh my gosh thank you, I owe you okay

Hakeem: Ya you do

Me: What do you want

Hakeem: One date and a kiss

Me: I said I owe you ONE

Hakeem: Come on please

Me: Okay when do you want that kiss and date

Hakeem: We on a date already I just need that kiss

I leaned in and he did too. His lips felt amazing on my lips.
This is the best day of my life so far.
