The One (Bakugo x reader)

Chapter 1 (UA)

Butterflies fluttered in your stomach. Today you were taking the Entrance Exam for UA. Not only were you nervous for the exam, you were also uneasy because Kendo, Kakita and Kyoto were home alone. 

It was the only thing you could do because you couldn't take them anywhere else. The last babysitter quit because she said that they were too much to handle. You couldn't blame her though Kyoto literally blew up the microwave. So why wouldn't you be worried that they were alone??

Even though you didn't want too Kakita promised that she will keep Kyoto in his place. There were security cameras, windows and doors were locked so you shouldn't be worried...right?

You shook your head and blinked a few time as you were brought back to reality. You didn't need any distractions.... you had too pass this exam. It has always been your dream to become a hero. You thought all your dreams were ruined when you mom died but your cousin Keigo had always encouraged you not to give up.

The warm summer breeze hit your skin as you looked down at your phone checking to see if you had any notifications are calls from Keigo. Since there were none you sighed in relief and put your phone away. 

Soon you would have to find a new babysitter and a new job cause you lost it last month...

Flash back to a month ago 

It was the usual, taking and and giving orders. You were a waitress at a nearby ramen shop not far from your apartment. This way you could easily check up on you siblings if you needed too. That's why you weren't as worried as usual.

After taking one more order you looked around and noticed an ash blond walk into the restaurant. As soon as he sat down you came to him and asked for his order.

"Good Afternoon sir, can I take your order?"you asked politely. Little did you know..

"Tch, I just sat down could you fucking wait a minute?" He stated. He looked at you with an annoyed disgusted expression. That glare made your blood boil.

Annoyed you tried walking away but then he said," OI WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU GOING?!" 'You've got to be kidding me' you mentally face palmed as you walked over to him and harshly stated," Could you quiet down your scaring our customers." "And weren't you the one who said you needed a few minutes?!"

He looked at you and said," YEAH, WELL NOW IM READY IDIOT!!" You felt eyes on you two as you tries to take his order without cursing him out. You stomped away and thought 'what the hell is his problem?!'.

 You were so frustrated that you didn't realize that you had accidentally bumped into somebody who was coming through the door. The person had spilled the coffee cup they had in there hand all over them self.

You immediately tried to apologize by saying," I'm sorry sir-" your eyes went wide realizing who it was. Your fucking boss

He was fucking furious. "DON'T YOU WATCH WHERE YOUR GOING?? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS WEEK AND ITS ONLY WEDNESDAY!!" You got mad that he was talking to you this way so you did the dumbest thing you can do, yelled back at him.

"ITS NOT MY FAULT YOUR THE ONE COMING IN HERE AND ITS THE AFTERNOON!!" "THE SHOP OPENED THIS MORNING!" "WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU??"you bit back at him. He was shocked that you had the guts to yell back or even talk to him like that. 

Now the whole restaurant was watching you to argue. "ITS YOUR JOB FOR YOU TO COME IN HERE IN THE MORNING BECAUSE I TELL YOU TOO, YOU DO WHAT I FUCKING WANT YOU HEAR ME!?" you looked at him furiously as he hit your last nerve.
