"Good news guy! Ethan was with Charles. And now he knows about all the terrible things that has happened to him!" William said telepathically. "Heck yea!" Richard, George, Didier and Edmond said telepathically. "And better yet, Me and Charles are going to go see willow and ask her I we can legally adopt Ethan!" William said. "Insert the gangsters paradise meme" the other four said. "I can't believe it! We're going to be dads!?" Richard said telepathically. "Oh Bruh, off the bat I'm going to teach him so much about this multiverse and his powers! It's gonna be great!" Edmond said. "I'm about to go run up on Willow right now. I'll tell you guys how it goes. But when I'm done, I think you all should ask your sisters if you can adopt Ethan too." William said. "Right." The other four said. William walked up to the door of Willow's office. William knocked on the door. "Enter." Willow said. William stepped inside doggy right behind him. Charles closed the door behind him. "Ah, little brother, Charles. For What reason have you come to annoy me?" Willow said. "Ok, I'll get right to the chase. There was a little five year old boy named Ethan, that a few of my co-workers found while we were still in heaven, and the little guy has been through a lot with being somewhat taken care of but mostly neglected by criminals, and having an immensely powerful glorified shadow woman after him trying to kill him. And as far as we know he has no biological parents. So we came here to ask you, if you would be at all willing to let William adopt Ethan." Charles said. Willow snapped her head up away from the papers she had on her desk. "You found a homeless kid and out of nowhere, William wants to adopt him? I know William's heart is ten times the size of the sun but even for him, that's kinda uncalled for." Willow said. "Oh, right, uh no, it's not exactly like that. See me and Ethan, who I call Flaky, we're friends before Quinndel showed up. The first thing I went to do after we came back was look for him, but he wasn't in his usual spot, I got worried so I went to ask doggy if a snake kid had come into the station at all recently. But as we were there I saw Ethan in a room with other officers asking him questions. And that's when I let Charles know that Ethan was a special kid. That's why I want to adopt him." William explained.

"Ah, yes. I see. But if you adopt this little kid, he will be your son. You will be responsible for him and his safety, all ways. Do you know and accept the responsibility of being a parent?" Willow said sternly. "I do. I promised him already that I will take the absolute best care of him, and nothing less. I will educate him, feed him, bathe him, give him a place to sleep, ill let him have opportunities to solve his own problems, let him socialize and make his own life, make his own friends, make rules for him that'll keep himself safe, I'll do all of that." William said. "Alright then, I give you permission to be this street rats new guardian. I expect that you take good care of my new nephew." Willow said. A smile formed on William's face hearing that his big sister approves of him taking care of a whole child. "Ethan, I as well as George, Edmond, Didier and Richard are going to have so much fun together, we're going to teach you so much, it's going to be magnificent!" William said spinning around with Ethan still in his grasp. Ethan laughed and then hugged William. William wagged his tail in happiness. Charles and Willow looked at this and simply smiled wagging their tails too. "Well I got to get back to the station, I gotta let everyone know how I'm the king of heaven now, and can't continue to be a cop anymore." Charles said. "See ya! Wouldn't wanna be ya!" Willow said. "Wouldn't wanna be you either, Willow." Charles said. Both Charles and Willow started laughing. Charles teleported away. "I'm going to go back to the condo. I'll see you at home, Willow." William said. "Before you go, I have a question." Willow said. "What's up?" William asked. "For what reason does Ethan wear that ring around his head? From what I can tell, Charles said that a shadow person trying to kill him, meaning that he can't be dead yet. So wats the deal?" Willow asked. "According to Flaky, the halo on his head is like the first toy he's ever had. He cherishes it a lot, it's his first and his favorite." William said. "Hmm, Alright, safe travels." Willow said. William ran out of the room at super speeds back to the complex. "Guys! Willow's letting me adopt Flaky!" William said telepathically. "Let's go!" The other four said. "Send Flaky my way, I'm going to ask Delilah if I can adopt him!" Didier said. "Roger that!" William said. "Hey Flaky." William said. Flaky turned his head to look at William. William set Ethan on the ground. "You wanna go play with Terry?" William asked. Ethan's face lit up as he nodded his head. "Alright then, let's go see him." William said. Walking into the building, holding Ethan's hand in his own. Once inside, Ethan's eyes wandered around the area, curious and intrigued with the lights, the colors and the people. William and Ethan continued walking into a hallway where there was a small bunch of six elevators. William pressed the button on the wall and stood aside and waited the lift to come. After a few seconds the lift came down and the door opened. A small bunch of people exited the elevator. After everyone left the elevator, William stepped inside, still holding Ethan's hand. William looked at the corner at the top of the elevator. He saw a small camera. William smiles whilst looking at the camera. William messed with camera with his magic and teleported into Didier's room. Didier was on his bed reading a book when William and Ethan arrived. Ethan's face lit up at the sight of Didier. Lord Xero let go of William's hand and ran to Didier. "Terry!" Ethan said in excitement, climbing onto Didier's bed and then on top of Didier himself, hugging him.
