Hermione POV
They told me everything and yes, it was shocking. But not entirely. Malfoy and Pansy apologized to each other and left smiling at me. I was now left with my thoughts, my mind lingered on the kiss between me and her. Although I slightly missed it, there was no consent and I wasn't okay with it. In some way, I was glad we weren't together anymore. My future was with Ron. Maybe I would tell him about the "incident" between us in the future, but for now, he's my forever. And that's never going to change. When I'm around him, I feel at home.

Pansy POV
It felt surreal to kiss her again, and for a while, I thought I had another chance with her. Although, she and that Weasley had gotten closer over the last few weeks. I was somewhat jealous. But wondered why she tried pushing me away, maybe I'm just awful at indications. I thought she was okay with it, but looking back on it, we haven't talked in a while. Every time I tried talking to her, she walked in the other direction. Blaise was at least there to comfort me, even though I never told him it was a girl. And it made me realize that he wasn't half terrible.

Harry POV
We haven't conversed in weeks. We all seemed busier than usual, especially since exams were coming up in a couple of days. Sometimes I look back to our first year at Hogwarts and wish I could go back in time, back when we were eleven. Everything was new and exciting, it was like running on air. There were endless possibilities, I felt I could go anywhere. I enjoyed the fights and making friends. The crazy things that happened and the new experiences. Now that I'm older I wonder if we're getting closer or lost. I didn't realize how lost in thought I was until I heard Malfoy clear his throat.

Draco POV
I cleared my throat but Harry was already looking at me. I sat next to him in the great hall."That's embarrassing," I said.
"What is Malfoy?"
"Never mind, and you know you can call me Draco." I rolled my eyes.
"I know," Harry smirked.
"Get a bloody grip, Harry."
"Onto what?" Harry said smoothly. I blushed.
"You're so stupid." I kissed his cheek.
Hermione and Ron just sat there. "It's good to see you two getting along." Hermione smiled. Dean and Seamus walked up to start a conversation with the rest of us. "Hey, mates," Ron said. It was interesting because they had never talked to me before. It was nice. That evening was spent talking to each other like we had been close friends. It felt like home, and I guess they accepted me because Dean told me that he and Seamus were dating. "Congratulations." I grinned.

Ron POV
Everything was going great and I found out that Dean and Seamus were together. Malfoy moved closer to Harry and for once in his life, he looked genuinely happy. True love is real. However, that was something I already knew.
"Can you guys promise me, that no matter what happens, we'll always be this close?" Ginny asked with a laugh that everyone agreed to.
Soon everyone had left and it was just me and Hermione. I leaned in to kiss her, and she kissed back with a smile that slowly faded. She pulled back and mumbled, "Love, I need to tell you something."
"Alright. What is it?" I replied.
"Pansy kissed me." she gulped.
