Will's Quest

(Y/n) POV:
Before the war Me, Will and (Charles) Benkendorf go on a quest that's somewhere Midwest.  

There's this one monster that is called Lamia, she is a half serpent monster women who eats children and Kronos has released her into the world so we have to hunt down this monster and save as many demigod kids as we can.

Before she eats them, this is Will's quest so technically he's the leader, but before we leave Selena tells me to make sure everyone comes back alive and safe. I wink at her because I know she likes Beck, then she said

"well you know Will is in love with you,"

and I say whole rolling my eyes,

"there's no way he just sees me as a friend."

Selena says slyly back, "trust me I know other wise," and winks back.

Beckendorf fixes up an old car for all of us to travel in, because it's too far to walk and flying is off the table for me. It's a smaller red rustic type car, Will drives us because he's 16 Beck sits in the front and I sit in the back behind him.

We drive for about 2 hours with no problem.  So far we got a distress call from this mall that was in Indiana. We still have more time to go but we need to get gas.

Chiron gave us some money and some supplies for this quest and it should only take about 2 days at most, to kill the monster and come back to camp.

I fell asleep in the back and so far there is nothing that we have run into. We're getting closer to the mall but there's an accident on the highway and we have to stop, so now we're stopped in traffic with cars all around us and we can't stay here for too long because the Lamia is hunting kids in the mall.

We hear and feel pounding on the ground but no one else is panicking yet I grab our supplies and I tell the guys,

"GET OUT OF THE CAR NOW!"

The second we do we hear screaming and there's this giant spider thing that puts a hole through the back window.

We all get out our weapons and Will shoots a couple arrows out of his bow and hits some of the spiders eyes.

I grab my sword and people are running out of there cars screaming gun and whatever so I guess that's what they see us doing because of the mist.

I wait until one of the legs are smashing a car then I grab onto it. I'm flying in the air and slice one of the legs and jump onto it's hairy body.

Now the police are trying to grab us and our "guns" while this thing is flying me around.

Will and Beck take out more legs and call out for my name then Beck throws me a timed bomb and says,

"attach it and jump!"

So I did.

But I tried to slide off the body but I came tumbling down towards the ground and it exploded into dust while I painfully lie on the grass next to the highway.

They both run over to me but Will comes first and he shakes me to make sure I'm still alive. 

"okay good, take this"

He gives me a ambrosia square I eat it and it tastes like my favorite food, f/f. Then I sit up and I reassure them that I'm alright.

Will has a very concerned face but helps me stand up and eventually I'm good to walk on my own.

We have about less than an hour walk to the mall but we have to run for some of it to get the police off of our tracks.

Next thing we know we show up to the mall and we over hear some people talking about the accident on 90. We look at each other and hopefully no one will notice that we're the kids the police are currently looking for. We just start shopping like going in and out of shops, to see if we can spot anything fishy. I found this really funny hat and glasses and I dress Will up and took a pics of us.  I found a squid hat that was bright pink and I made Beck wear a flower crown. I took a Polaroid of all of us.
