"Sammy boy, who was at the door?" Uncle Scott asked from the living room, smoking his weed and drinking his beer as always.

"Um, it was... Susan's mom. She was looking for my dad."

When Sam arrived in the living room, Scott raised his right brow.

"She's been hanging around with him a lot, huh? Typical of her." He spoke with disdain pouring from his words.

"What do you mean?" Sam was confused.

"Nothing, son. Let's just say I know her and her intentions very well." He took another toke and looked away. He didn't wanna say too much to Sam cause he could ruin everything. "I just hope your father hasn't been talking about me to her. I wanna remain... anonymous, as always."

"Yeah, we all know that. You wanna lay low." Sam rolled his eyes. His uncle was as mysterious as annoying.

"Exactly..." he drank his beer, and before Sam could go back to the studio room with Brianna, he spoke again. "Sammy, I need to ask you something."

At that exact moment, Brianna left the studio and was about to get in and interrupt uncle Scott. But before that happened, she realized they were talking, and she just waited for a while before entering the room.

"You have to find out when Avenged Sevenfold tour will begin and where. I need to know all the details beforehand. Can you do that for me?"

"Well, I... guess I can try. I'll ask Sul about it."

"Just be discreet, okay? I don't wanna raise any suspicion."

"Alright. After that, can I please call all this band thing off? I need to focus on Greta. I can't just keep pretending I wanna take this band seriously. I need to tell her!"

Brianna frowned and let her jaw hang open. She couldn't believe her ears. Sam was playing them this whole time! And what about his uncle's weird interest in her teacher's reunion tour anyway? What is that all about?

Before Brianna could be made, she just went back to the studio and locked the door as quietly as possible. But she just wanted to leave the hell out of that place now.

"Just hold on a little longer, son. When this Avenged tour begins, everything will be right into place, don't worry. Then you can call it off."

"I have no idea what you mean by that, but okay. I'll try to keep up, then." Sam shrugged, grabbed a bottle of water, and before he could go inside the studio, he noticed Sue was at the backdoor in the kitchen.

"Is my mom around?" Sam opened the door, and he noticed she was fidgety. "I saw her arriving, and I waited to come here."

"No, actually, she left with my dad a few minutes ago."

"Oh, thank god... I've been avoiding her. She went back to work today, and I have a feeling that aunt J told her everything and more." She rolled her eyes, pissed.

"Um, she was acting weird when she said she wanted to talk to my father. She sounded nervous and never said what it was about. Maybe... they are talking about the infamous party and us right now."

"Oh man, I'm so screwed... I know I'm gonna be listening to a lot when I get home. I'll wait for her to leave for that place she goes to with your father every week, and then I'll just lock myself in my bedroom forever."

"There's still Brian in there."

"Oh, I can just ignore that dick head. He's gonna give up eventually." Susan placed her hands around Sam's neck and pulled him into a long-lasting kiss.
