When Jungkook heard that he was on his break, he immediately rushed to the hallways away from the crime scene he had just committed.

He walks for almost five minutes, trying to blend out of the slight sprawls of idols and guards making their way to the hall. When he sees a sign with a tiny man on it, he immediately makes his way. Avoiding the urinals and going straight to the stalls.

He takes off his headset, and buries his head upon his face.

This was a big mistake.

And he's not only done it once, but twice.

He couldn't lose this job. It's the only thing paying for himself and his family. Jungkook had big dreams of photography and setting his own business, but he knew there was no way of succeeding that without experience. He landed it big time to be hired at this agency because not only does he work with idols, but gets a better chance to get recognized by more jobs

He sniffed back.

Maybe he's overthinking— people make mistakes? This isn't something uncommon, is it? He sighed, trying to look on the brighter side. Messing up on the camera is completely fine.

Jungkook sighed. His heart beating seemed to slow down just a bit.

Just not when you're doing the Seoul Music Awards.

Andddd there goes the negative Nancy in him.

Jungkook took a small scrap of toilet paper, and patted his eyelids. He hoped that it didn't seem like he cried too much. It would honestly be quite embarassing.

He took a couple deep breaths in and out, straightened his pants and t-shirt before opening the stall slowly. He was surprised to see a person by the mirrors. Hopefully they didn't hear all of that.

Then his calmness disappeared once he realized who that person was.

It was Taehyung. Standing there, reapplying his earring. He could see Jungkook from his reflection in the mirror and decided to continue his focus on the jewel. His eyes glance sheepishly towards the sink and his lips grew into a small smirk, "Its you, again."

Jungkook didn't know what to say. There was an idol right in front of him. Like a real, mega idol.  And yes, he's saying that as he literally works for Jessi, but this time, it was different. This was Kim Taehyung, of BTS. He was in awe, starstruck.

"I-I didn't know you'd be here."

The idol rose his eyebrows smugishly , he turns his heels around to face the puffy-eyed cameraman, "Sometimes, idols need their break, too." He said, almost as if he were expecting the sort of reply from just anyone. But after he makes contact with him, his expression seemed to tone down. "I assume that's why your here as well?"

Jungkook slides his hand upon his arm, "It's something like that."

He quickly moves to the sink next to him to wash his hands. He notices the blue haired boy was staring and tries his best to avoid eye contact out of respect. He walks over by the doorway to grab some paper towels, but was halted by a voice. "Tough break?"

Jungkook sighed. "My boss is practically fuming at me for how I messed up."

They shared a small exchange of laughter. "Everyone makes their mistakes" he said knowingly, even though it was somewhat of his fault. Or maybe it wasn't. Maybe Jungkook was just distracted by his good visuals.

"Is it stressful?" The blue haired boy questioned, "Working at a setting like this."

His thoughts immediately stop at the interruption. This question kind of made him surprised. No A-list idol would question the life of a cameraman. He cleared his throat, "Uh it's my first time working for an award show. I usually do chart show works—"

He looked up at his doe eyes practically gawking at him. He was hoping not to get distracted yet again. Then he was also hoping he wasn't boring the shit out of him. "Not that that's important.." he interjected, "I could ask the same question for you, though?"

"Well, I worry you might already know the answer to," His smile continued, "Idol life is as stressful as it is— working overtime, busy scheduling, going on tour.. It's never easy, award shows just seem like just another event."

That was a little sad to hear. Jungkook could only imagine being decorated in glam, surrounded by the talents hundreds of idols in a ridiculously priced show room.

"I imagine it goes by quickly,"

"What, the shows?"

"Yeah, that and of how quickly your life goes by as an idol...  it seems like it's kinda hard to live your life to the moment without it going by so fast..." Jungkook pauses, immediately covering his mouth, "I-I'm sorry, I'm talking too inappropriately."

He lifts himself up to sit in the sink, "No, go on. You're right. It can feel like that sometimes. Being an idol can be so challenging to enjoy... But I guess that's why I try to live every moment like it's my last with every chance that I get."

"That's good," Jungkook smiles slightly. "That's important to do."

"I imagine it must be nice being a cameraman," Taehyung replies. "You do do photography outside of camera work, right?"

"Well, yeah." Jungkook creaked a small smile. "I do."

"That's good," he softly smiles. "You get to capture the world at the lens of your eye. I think it's pretty impressive to learn from that."

He could see Taehyung adjust his hair by shaking it lightly before smiling. "Right now, I'm running from my guards. Sometimes doing something a little crazy is good for us,  right?"

Jungkook smiled a little deeper, exposing his dimples and teeth, "Yeah, well.. I guess you do need a little bit of insanity to get a good laugh on life."

"Like tripping on a carpet rug or fucking up Mr.Handsome's shot-" Jungkook blurred out, which he immediately regretted. He was going off of one of the phrases Jessi's mentioned to him during her rant, and forgot that it was addressed about Taehyung.

"Mr.Handsome?" Taehyung rose a brow. "Is that supposed to be me?"

"Look um," Jungkook starts, faced towards the ground. "I'm sorry for ruining your shot. It was an unprofessional thing as a cameraman to do and to be honest I got distracted-"

"Distracted." Taehyung cuts off with a smirk. "What, by my good looks?"

"Well," Jungkook coughed, but before he could continue, he was cut off by a whole hearted laugh. "Hey don't be silly," Jungkook quickly interjects. His cheeks began to blush. "I just wasn't as focused on my work."

"You weren't focused on me?"

"Yeah I was! N-Not like that, but just for my work— gah!! You know what I mean," Jungkook groans.

This made Taehyung giggle. It was soft and sweet. The tightness of his smile exposed his strong cheekbones and small dimples. A smile that made you want to smile back, "listen I gotta head out, Namjoon might be on the lookout for me... You said you do camerawork for chart shows?"

"Yes, MNET, Inkigayo—" Why am I talking so much. "Um, all of that. Really depends on how under or overstaffed they are in the day."

Taehyung smiled. "I guess we might bump into each other again soon then?"

"I'll see you around, camera boy."

He winked.

That goddamn wink.
