In the blip Natasha started and orphanage because she knows what it's like to be alone as a child and she didn't want other kids to go through that too. So she would visit them most days of the week and try put them with adults so they have a family. Sometimes Rhodey or Steve would come and help but that was rare.
After saving the universe and coming back alive she helped at the orphanage still. And the avengers come visit the kids which they love obviously because there the 'avengers'. And the team are really proud of Nat for starting a orphanage, and Tony made saw that the kids get presents for Christmas and birthdays. Tony even started donating to lots of orphanages after going to one and seeing the kids smile. And the avengers started visiting lots more orphanages and doing more charity for all different causes.
And when the avengers where first put together they had to choose a charity to support so Natasha and Clint choose orphanages.
