Ok sooo we all know it didnt came in the show and we are all guessinggg so i wanted to show what i think :p
Ok so i think he was raised in cat-taur valley by two cats who died later or something idk, anyhow, he always attended the shows and he always went there with splendib,,
They grew up and zulius once was going for a walk and found the glitter cats obanded (idk how to spell that) so he took them home and took care of them and raised them, splendib was jealous of the glittercats.
(Also splendibs parents used to run the shows with jhonny teatime)
Speldib now took the place of his parents and he challanged zulius to compete in his show against him, if zulius lost splendib would get his glitter cats, if zulius won, he would get te sash (for his first time, splendib always won) zulius didnt want to do it at first, but later agreed.
So zulius lost and splendib stole his glitter cats, zulius was very upset, so he ran away (not in tears it would give him wrinkles thats a no-no for him)
After running for a few hours he saw the helicopter and decided to join because who the flonk cares
