In the year 2060, there was once a dark rider who destroyed countless worlds and killed innocent lives with the power of many types of dark riders as he traveled through many different worlds. The name of that rider is called Kamen Rider: Dark Decad...
The scene starts when Izuku finally manage to control 'One for all' to 5%.
"That's it, keep 'One for all' flowing throughout your entire body, if you can move around while maintaining this, then you'll be on a completely different level than you were in the sports festival." Gran Torino explain as he watched Izuku is struggling on maintaining 5% of his power.
Meanwhile in Dark Decade's tent...
Dark Decade and Daido are watching Izuku struggling on maintaining 5% in a magic mirror.
"You think that kid can manage to land a punch on that guy, with 5%?" Daido asked inside the Ridebook.
"I wouldn't bet on that..." Dark Decade denied before eating a whole bite of Taiyaki then swallowed it.
"Of course you'll say that..." Daido said with a sweatdrop.
Back with Izuku and Gran Torino.
"So kid, think you can handle it we'll begin in 3 minutes." Gran Torino informed as he starts his stopwatch.
"Ok for what?" Izuku asked.
"That's the amount of time, you have to try to hit me with a 'Smash'." Gran Torino answered as he quickly jet around the room then kicked Izuku in the back of his head.

Back in Dark Decade's tent.
"Wow, it's only been 3 seconds and the brat already received a kick to the face, man that brat's so slow to dodge, how weak can he actually be." Dark Decade said dissapointedly shooking his head.
Back with Izuku and Gran Torino.
'Crap he's fast!' Izuku thought.
"Pathetic, if you can't even hold your own against an old man, how will you protect those in need?" Gran Torino lectures as he hit him again.
"Someone praised by the 'Symbol of peace' himself, would be able to complete this challenge easily, no sweat!" Gran Torino added while jetting around the room.
Izuku tries to activate 'One for all' again, but got interrupted by a kick to the face before he could do it.
'I need some time to get it going through my body again, a single hit from him doesn't pack so much power but he's too fast for me to follow with my eyes, come on I just need a few seconds. THERE!' Izuku thought as he then dive underneath a couch.
