Chapter Nine

Day of their visit.

Third Person's P.O.V.

Both girls, Mika and El woke up early to prepare. They woke up around 8, but since the photoshoot starts around 10, they have more than enough time to pamper themselves. They finished around 9:15 which is a fair time to go to the studio where the photoshoot takes place. Andrew already arrived and told them he'll be driving them.

They boarded to his car. They arrived at the studio. And Andrew being the playful guy he is, put an arm around Mika's shoulder. Mika laughed at him and put an arm to his waist. She didn't mind their physical closeness since they both knew their relationship was like a relationship a brother and sister has.

Eleanor knew of this but she was certain the boys, except Louis will be fooled if they saw this. They went in to the building, going straight for the elevators since Paul already informed their visit to the Information Desk. So they got into the elevator and pressed 5. El was informed that they were staying at Studio 5-D. Once they reached the 5th floor they looked for the room where the boys were staying.

Once they found it, they went in. Knocking was ineffective, since everyone knows they'll be visiting. So once they went in, they were met with silence. Staring at them like they were aliens. Almost everyone was staring at the newcomers. Well mostly at the guy who had his arms around the girls shoulders and her arms around his waist. Keyword. Almost. El and Louis immediately glanced at another and had a secret conversation with their eyes. They knew they'd be surprised but not this much.

It was amusing them, really. Especially the reaction of a certain curly head. Poor Andrew. He was being glared at.

Liam was the first one to break the silence and ushered Mika, El, and Andrew to sit on the couch.

"Hey guys. This is Andrew. He's a friend of mine." Mika introduced. The guys chorused some greetings and Andrew smiled at them in return.

"Hey guys, Ashley's coming." Harry suddenly said while pocketing his phone.

And as if coincidence, Ashley immediately walked in and kissed Harry.

Mika immediately tensed up and Andrew noticed this and took her hand and intertwined them. He was suspicious of Mika's feelings towards Harry. Eleanor somehow confirmed his suspicions with a nod. And somehow, Harry saw their hands intertwine and he felt a feeling vaguely familiar, but he couldn't define. He decided to kiss Ashley back, hard.

At the end of an awkward photo shoot, Andrew motioned El to drive his car back home with El. He said he has some business to do. And he lent the keys to El. Andrew looked over to Ashley and nodded at her. Ashley nodded back.

Andrew's P O.V.

You might seem confused hm? Well you see Ashley's no stranger to me. We grew up in the same neighborhood back then, of course, being half-siblings, so I can read her quite clearly. We had some sort of conversation with our eyes.

I quickly exited the studio and motioned for her to follow me secretly. We met up at Starbucks. After we settled on a booth, I quickly started up my questions.

"So Ashley, mind telling me why you're with a man you don't even love?" I asked.

"It seems like the old days huh? You can still see quite through me." She sighed.

"We weren't half-siblings for nothing Ash." I smiled.

"Yeah. So about that, it's a contract Drew. Even if I did want to break up, I can't. I need the money." She smiled sadly.

"Oh. What do you need the money for?" I asked curiously.

"University." She said.

"What happened?" I asked worriedly. Money was never a problem for her mom.

"Mum died 5 months ago. She had level 3 Leukemia." She said sadly.

"I'm... sorry." I said guiltily

"You don't have nothing to be sorry for. It wasn't your fault mom had to die early." She said reassuringly.

"How many months till that contract ends?" I asked.

"Less than 1 month. By then, I'll be quitting." She said.

"Then let me support my sister. Dad will be more than happy to see you again. After all, you disappeared with your mom with no trace at all. But don't fret, he's not mad with you or your mom." I said.

"I... Thanks Drew." She said.

"No problem. So... What do you say about matchmaking?" I winked.

Ashley seemed to know what's going on with his brother's mind so she immediately agreed.

This is going to be fun.

Harry's P.O.V.

What was that feeling I felt back then? Urgh I can't even understand my own emotions how pathetic. I hope I figure this one out soon.

*sigh*
