"They're perfect. I'm so happy they're both as healthy as can be." Emmett said, staring at the sleeping baby in his arms. His son. He looked over to his husband, who was holding their little girl.

"They're just so-" Travis was struggling to find the words to express his feelings, which was so unlike him. He really was overwhelmed but in such a good way. The best way possible, actually. His life had finally fallen into place - he was sitting in a hospital room, with his husband, holding their children, which was only made possible with his best friend's help. "They're so lucky to be getting to grow up as best friends. That's the greatest thing in the world."

As soon as Travis said that, Emmett knew what he wanted their son's middle name to be.

Before they were born, they both decided that Travis would name their daughter since he came up with Victoria as her middle name, and Emmett would name their son. That way, they'd both have their say in some way, and there would be no arguing. But both of them knew deep down that any name would be perfect for their children.

"Look, he's yawning." Travis nudged Emmett gently, who immediately whipped his head to look at the child in his arms. "Ugh, he's adorable."

The boy started squirming as soon as Travis said that. "Hey, we gotta pay attention to her too. She's already jealous of the attention her brother's getting." Emmett chuckled and kissed her head softly.

They sat there for a few extra minutes, just staring at their children. They were finally here, and as Emmett said, they were perfect.

"Do you wanna go visit Vic? I'm sure she'll be awake." Travis asked as he stood up gently so he didn't wake the baby up in his arms.

"She hasn't met her god-children yet, so yes." He nodded and stood up gently too. They walked down the hall and straight into the hospital room right on the end. The door was closed and the light was off - an indicator that Vic was still asleep. But in all honesty, they both couldn't wait to introduce the babies to her.

Travis softly knocked on the door. "We're coming in..." He opened it slowly.

Vic was just waking up, stretching really loosely so she didn't aggravate her surgery wound as it was still fresh and extremely painful. She wiped her eyes to try and wake herself up more, but all the tiredness in her body dissipated when she saw who was walking in. Her face lit up and she immediately held her hands out, expecting a baby to be put into her arms.

"Please tell me you've decided on names for the babies," Theo said as he woke up too. He had met his god-children earlier in the day whilst Emmett sat with Vic. She hadn't been alone since the minute she came out of surgery. "You guys were so undecided when I saw you earlier..."

"I mean, I certainly know, at least." Travis grinned and sat down on the seat which had just been moved to Vic's left side. He got ready to hand her his daughter. "Vic, say hi to... Eleanor Victoria Montgomery."

She took the baby and almost burst into tears. "Are you, are you kidding?" She tried so hard not to cry, but to no avail. She was crying. All over her godchild. "I,"

Travis started wiping the tears on her face. "Vic, you've given me and Emmett the best gift in the world, do you know that?" He looked back at Emmett, who was still holding their son, and then back at their daughter. "I want to honour you in the best way possible. So no, I'm not kidding. Eleanor Victoria."

"Can I hold little Eleanor?" Theo stood up and saw Travis nod, so he scooped her out of Vic's arms and sat down again.

Emmett then stood up and took a deep breath. "I suppose you want to meet our son." He said and walked over to her bed.

"Yes, I would. I'd also like to know his name." She held her hands out and he was placed into them, still sleeping so peacefully.

"William Travis Montgomery." He said so proudly, earning three pairs of extremely shocked eyes. "When Travis said that they're going to get to grow up as best friends, I couldn't get the idea of our son's middle name being Travis out of my head. Your guys' friendship, well it saved him, and it saved you. And I want that fact to be out in the world forever. So, our son is called William Travis Montgomery, and I will not be taking no for an answer."

"God," Even Theo was crying now. "Everything is just so good right now. I'm so happy for you guys, and for my god-children, Eleanor and William, who I'm gonna spoil rotten."

"We know." Travis laughed. "Vic took a picture of your guys' storage closet full of stuff for them."

"...and he's already started thinking of ways to decorate their room." She added.

"We live next to each other." Emmett furrowed his eyebrows, questioning the sanity of the once-sane Theo.

"So? The twins are gonna need a space to get away from their crazy dads at some point! What better place for them to go to than their Uncle Theo and Aunt Vic's?"

Travis laughed. "Okay... you do have a point there."

Emmett pulled his phone out and snapped a picture of Vic and Theo holding the twins. He then wanted a picture of him, Travis, Vic and the twins, so Theo offered to take one. Travis held Eleanor, Emmett held William and they were all bunched onto Vic's hospital bed.

"Hey, go get a nurse to take a picture of all 4- all 6 of us." Travis corrected himself and pointed to the door.

"Are you- are you sure? This is your guys' family, I don't want to intrude in any way..."

"Get in here!" Vic raised her eyebrows and watched him quickly get a nurse to come in. He handed the phone to the nurse and then positioned himself to the side of the bed.

"Say cheese!" The nurse said and counted down from three.

They all smiled and were just so happy in that current moment.

In the middle of the second night that the babies were discharged from the hospital, both Travis and Emmett were just so tired. They had been woken up three times by both babies, for food, for a diaper change, for general attention.

But they loved it.

Waking up to say hi to their babies, feeding them and seeing the happy looks on their faces when they're full, the relief when they finally stop crying and they drift off to sleep, they wouldn't change it for the world.

"I love our little family." Emmett said as he was holding a sleeping Eleanor.

"Me too." Travis smiled at William. He was just drifting off to sleep. "And I love you so much, dad ." He raised his eyebrows and laughed a little.

"Oh, you're making me feel so old." He joked. "I can't wait to watch them grow up."

"Me either." He said, feeling relief when Will shut his eyes and was finally asleep. "We had a baby." He exclaimed.

"We had two babies." Emmett kissed Travis and they just continued to stare at their babies for a while. Everything was so good.
