This is my first time in making my own story so i am open to construct...
Now it's Day 3 of the practice Match it's only now 6:00 am in the morning when we have a meeting with the other coaches apparently they wanted us to handle the practice for today with Coach Ukai because we need an adult to supervise the practice match but mostly it will be Muichiro and me because the other coaches are planning for the incoming Barbecue Festival. We are in charge of the flow of the practice and lastly the punishments for losing a game. And we decided to go all out because they said not to hold back so why not make it difficult for them
It was now 6:45 am the players are awake and having their breakfast Muichiro and I had already eaten ahead of them so once they enter the gym they notice Coach Nekomata alongside Coach ukai and us the assistant coaches and Coach Nekomata start his announcement to everyone on the gym.
Coach Nekomata: Good morning students. I hope you had an amazing breakfast. I had an announcement first so listen up. Today it will be the assistant coaches who will handle the practice match alongside Coach Ukai. The reason why is that we coaches are preparing something which we will not tell.
Everyone except Mui, and Y/N: Ehh
Coach Nekomata: The assistant coaches though maybe younger than you guys but have shown incredible skills that we coaches ourselves deemed worthy enough for them to handle so please show respect. They will also oversee the flow of the practice and handle the Punishments for you guys take note they will be challenging you guys so good luck everyone. Now let's hear a few words from our Assistant Coaches
Everyone: Haiii
Y/N: Good day everyone, my name is L/N Y/N I am the current assistant coach of Karasuno besides me is Tokito Muichiro the current assistant coach of Fukurodani and we will be your coaches for today. We will facilitate the practice match alongside Coach Ukai. We are looking forward to playing with you guys. About the punishments are up to you guys to find out yourselves so good luck.
Muichiro and I agree on how the plan will go. Since there are 5 teams per practice match there are 4 teams that will practice matches at the same time Whatever the losing two are we would deal with them separately and while one of us deals with the punishment the other one will overlook the practice match until a team loses. After that, the game continues till the end of the practice match. Our punishments will be different. Muichiro will play a game of tag to enhance their stamina and reflexes. While me I would handle their flexibility by stretching their muscles (just like Kanroji did during the Pillar training). So yeah they will be in a lot of pain.

It was the end of the practice match between Karasuno vs Nekoma and Fukurodani vs Ubugawa School. Karasuno and Ubugawa School both lost so they now have to face punishment with me in Karasuno while Ubugawa with Muichiro. Let's admit it was painful for the players at least.
During the Karasuno Punishment;
Y/N; Hi guys welcome to the punishment room. Your punishment is simple stretching. Per player, I would just stretch your muscles for at least 3 minutes this could help to enhance your flexibility. Any more questions?
Hinata; Will it be painful?
Y/N: It will be painful but I will try to make the pain bearable so no promises about this. So how about the captain will go first
During the punishment, a lot of painful screams were heard in Y/N's Punishment room as you brutally stretched them, and let's just say their souls were about to ascend to heaven.

"EEEEEEK!!!!" one of the members is screaming
Everyone well except Karasuno, Ubugawa, and Muichiro: What was that? Was that the punishment ?? It's so painful
Y/N; Your Punishment is done you can proceed to the gym and rest until your next match. Oh yeah, don't tell the other players about the punishment all right?
Karasuno: Hai. That was so painful I feel like I can't move my muscles. I never knew how brutal Y/N is.
Meanwhile with Muichiro and Ubugawa High:
Muichiro; My punishment is simple we are going to play a game of Tag. All of you had to tag me for 3 minutes per player. Let's start?
Ubugawa: Haii
None of them were able to catch up with Muichiro even if he held back a little but for them, he was like Flash. Everyone was tired and laying on the floor mat.
Muichiro: You guys are dismissed, go-ahead to the gym. Don't tell the punishment to the other players all right?
Ubugawa: Haii WTH was so fast I couldn't keep up with them.
Karasuno and Ubugawa entered the gym. Everyone was surprised at how much they were sweating and how they were in pain.

Everyone beside Mui, Y/N, Karasuno, and Ubugawa: How scary is this punishment. They look like ghosts after their punishment.
Timeskip once again After the end of the games. It is safe to say that they experienced hell because of our punishments. But as their treat for enduring today, we cook their dinner for all of them just to show our appreciation and hard work to them. It was nighttime and everyone was doing their personal that marks Day 3
