Taehyung was awoken by soft mumbles, he couldn't make up what they were saying he realized it was coming from outside. He looked around only to find himself in an unfamiliar dark colored room.
He noticed a few pieces of furniture, he couldn't see much since the room was dark he tried to move but couldn't he soon realized he was tied up in a chair
Taehyung closed his eyes, trying to recall recent events as to how he got here. He frantically scanned the room looking for possible exits, he couldn't see any door "I must be turned away from the door" he thought. The only thing he could think of was getting out of the chair
He tried to get out but no use the things that he had tried on his hands and legs weren't any thing he was trained with
"Taehyung...Taehyung...Taehyung, you really think you can get out" he hear a voice coming from behind him
The guy whispered in his ear "happy birthday Taebear" Taehyung widened his eyes
The guy came in front of him and it was none other than Jungkook
"What do you want from me?" Taehyung said calm but with a daring tone and Jungkook just chuckled
"You really don't remember," Jungkook said and scoffed. What didn't he remember?.
"The only thing I remember is that you left to go to the US and never talked to me again and suddenly you're here" Taehyung scoffed and Jungkook started to get annoyed at his stubbornness. He got close to tae and graved his chin hard and Taehyung whimpered at the hard hold
"I'm disappointed in you beautiful, how can you not remember that promise we made that day" Jungkook said but Taehyung looked at him with a confused look
"I don't remember" Jungkook just looked at him not showing any emotions, he just scoffed
"Then you're not getting untied until you remember" Jungkook said and griped Taehyung's chin harder only to hear him whimper, when Jungkook hardened his grip and hear Taehyung whimper something in his mind click and he let go "why did I let go" Jungkook thought to himself
Jungkook wasn't like that but seeing Taehyung getting hurt and by him made him sad and angry at the same time and he didn't like that
"I'll send someone over to you, just stay here and try to remember" he said and left the room. Taehyung just sat there I mean what else could he do
He was confused what promise, what did Jungkook mean by the day we made it like if it was a clue "come on Taehyung use your detective skills" he thought to himself and just kept repeating the same words the day we made it, when someone knocked on the door
"Hello I'm Kim Seokjin but you can call me Jin" he said and game in with a smile plastered on his face, he really made the atmosphere brighten with his presence
"Hi" tae just said very coldly
"I know maybe you must be confused but I'm here to give you clues and help you with all of your necessities" Jin said and Taehyung nodded. Taehyung spent a little more time trying to figure it out on his own but he just could remember anything. I mean he and Jungkook were friends for most of their young life. They had many promises but not big ones. Jin just stared at him for a while
"You want a clue?" he asked and Taehyung just looked at him but eventually nodded
"I am not allowed to give it away so easily. A certain age was mentioned and required" Taehyung just stared at him trying to figure out.
He tried and tried but just couldn't remember
"Maybe you're hungry let me make you some food" Jin said and Taehyung nodded, he actually was pretty hungry so he agreed to the request
When Jin went to make food something clicked in Taehyung's brain. Jungkook went to the Us and never communicated with him when he was there why now, it all started in the alleyway one day away from his birthday and now the first text he received in the morning was a happy birthday text, he got kidnapped and what is the first thing Jungkook said to him Happy Birthday
"A certain age" he thought to himself today he turns 30 so the age must be 30 year old
Soon after he figured out what Jin said he came in with what smelled like jjajangmyeon, he handed it to tae but soon realized the boys hands were still tied up
"Oh sorry i forgot to untie you"" and shortly after Jin untied Tae from his hands and handed him his food, Taehyung was hesitant and Jin realized this
"It's not poisoned you know" he said and chuckled and Tae hesitantly took a bite and then widened his eyes, it is delicious and started to eat quicker
"You like it?" Jin asked with a smile and Tae nodded. It was one of the best jajangmyeon he's ever tried in his lifetime and continued eating. When he was finished he got back to the thing he had to solve
"So did the hint help?" Jing asked
"Yes, the promise was made for when we turned 30" Taehyung said and Jin nodded
"Well done, you want the second hint or do you want to sleep, it's pretty late at night" Taehyung wasn't going to be able to sleep in these conditions with his mind going wild
"I want another hint please" Taehyung said and Jin nodded
"The day you too made the promise was a very sad day for you" Taehyung was even more confused now a very sad day it couldn't be his parents disappearance they never made any promise about the future only that they would always be together witch Jungkook didn't do so what could it be
In the middle of Taehyung thought he heard a yawn
"I'm going to sleep and you should to" Jin said and unfortunately tied Taehyung's arms again Jungkook's orders "good night" Jin said and left the room
Taehyung didn't really acknowledge Jin leaving, he was too concentrated. He started going back on memories specifically high school and he started to remember this boyfriend he had named Jinyoung but then memories came back he cheated on him, that day when he came into his house and saw him fucking a girl that was the first time it happened to him something in his mind told him it was connecting to what Jin said
"What did I do after I saw him fucking a girl?" he thought.
He sat in his car crying and then he went to.... Jungkook's apartment and told him what happened but its all he could remember, the only thing that he knew its that it had to be that day
"Maybe i should go to sleep" he thought and closed his eyes trying to shut down his brain but just couldn't out of nowhere a memory came into his brain
"if neither of us is married by the age of 30 we will marry each other"...
