Taehyung knocked on the door he heard a "come in" anxious of what Jungkook called him he hesitated to open the door but nonetheless opened it " ahh Taehyung come in don't be nervous sit" Jungkook said while pointing out to the seat in front of him
" so i heard you figured out why you are here hmm" Jungkook said and Taehyung just stared at him with no emotion, Jungkook frowned "Yes but why do you need me here" Tae asked
"To fulfill our promise" Jungkook said and Taehyung tsk "Please tell me you aren't being serious, it was just something in the heat of the moment, he haven't even seen each other for what twelve years and suddenly you appear out of nowhere wanting to get married because of a stupid promise we made in high school" Taehyung said in a annoyed tone "I mean what was Jungkook thinking that he would 'yes I've been waiting for this moment' sorry to burst you bubble Jungkook but that wasn't going to happen" he thought to himself
Jungkook was getting angry and Taehyung could notice "listen Taehyung I don't care about your opinion, let me clear things out, I was serious when I said that I really meant it and if you thought it was a harmless promise that's your problem not mine!" Jungkook said screaming "why would Taehyung ever think I wasn't serious about this when we made the promise" Jungkook thought
"Why are you so eager to get married you left me alone Jungkook I tried to contact you since you left but you never answered, you left me alone, I don't even want to see you, this isn't the Jeon Jungkook I used to know this is a fucking stranger" Taehyung said with a angry but sad tone
"Well you aren't leaving so deal with it, you are excused" Jungkook said massaging his temples. As soon as Jungkook said that he got of the chair and went to his room
What happened to the Jungkook He used to know? a kind loving person who always put other people over himself and now he is a jerk. How could he even do this to him? Out of frustration he started crying Taehyung didn't care anymore about everyone hearing, he just needed to get all of his emotions out. What he didn't know was that Jimin was standing on the other side of the door hearing him cry.
Jimin knew what was going to happen but had orders of not saying anything but over these past few hours he really started liking Taehyung and having fun with him so he wanted to do something to make things better and try to cheer him up
He started walking to Jungkook's office. He really didn't know were this was gonna go but it's worth a shot, he didn't even bother knocking at the door he just came in "what did I say about knocking Hyung" Jungkook said pinching the bridge of his nose while reading a document for Jimin just to roll his eyes
"This isn't fair to Taehyung" Jimin said and Jungkook parted the attention from the document to look at Jimin "I didn't ask for your opinion about if it's fair or not, it's my business not yours" Jungkook said and continued reading the document
"it is my business now as it is the others, you bring him to this house for us to take care of while you just yell at him and make his life harder and you think it's not our business" Jimin said while frowning
"I'm your boss" Jungkook said getting up from his char Jimin tsk "last time a checked we were a team " Jimin was making his point and Jungkook started to get irritated, there was a long silence and Jungkook sighed "what do you want me to do, I'm not just going to let him go" Jungkook said and Jimin smiled at his victory
" give him 5 months to decide if by the 5 months he wants to leave you may let him" Jimin said and Jungkook frowned "8 months" Jungkook said "five months max" Jimin said and extended his hand for Jungkook to shake it and that's what he did
"Could you make Taehyung know this " Jungkook asked but Jimin declined "nop you tell him yourself" he said and turned around and left smiling at his successful try of persuasion
Jungkook sighed, "how am I even going to talk to him after I yelled at him" Jungkook signed ones again thinking about what he was going to say "come one Jungkook you are one of the biggest mafia bosses in the US and Korea and you are nervous.... What is happening to me" he said to himself and headed to where Taehyung was staying
He was actually kind of nervous he didn't know how would Taehyung react safer he just yelled at him and them came to his room. Would he even let him come in? or give him the silent treatment? Like the old time Jungkook though and chuckled at the memories when he would have not text him back or not talked to him at school because he was in basketball practice the good old times
He stood in front of he door and knocked he came in when he heard a "come in" in a quiet and kind of fragile sounding voice. Taehyung turned around to the door when he saw Jungkook he widened his eyes and quickly wiped his face "was he crying?" Jungkook thought to himself
"What do you want?" Taehyung asked and Jungkook just stood there at the frame of the door
"You can come in you know" Taehyung said in a annoyed tone "right" Jungkook came closer to where Taehyung was " I came to make a deal with you" Jungkook said and Taehyung raised an eyebrow "what type of deal?"
"I know you don't want to stay here but I'll give you 5 months, if by the time those 5 months have finished and you want to leave you may go" Jungkook said but Taehyung stood quiet "so.... Deal?" Jungkook said extending his hand
"Deal" Taehyung said shaking his hand smiling at him
