Brad and Mick walked inside the home. ''Ca-can we g-go upstairs?'' Asked Mick slowly. ''Yeah! Of course! What do you want to do?'' Mick asked:'' My favorite game is Hide and Seek! I play it like all the time.'' Brad replied with:''Yeah! I'd love to play that game. It's my favorite one too!'' Mick smiled and they went upstairs. Brad was planning to start counting, but Mick interrupted him. ''Wait! I have to help Jake with hiding!'' Brad looked questioningly at Mick. ''Uhm? Who is Jake?'' ''Oh yeah! He is my friend. Well, my dad says he's imaginary or something because he can't see him. But I can!'' Of course he's real!'' Said Brad to play along. He knew that Mick was a little Misfit and he hadn't that many friends. So it was very logical to have an imaginary one, he guessed. ''Let's start!'' Said Brad and he started counting. ''... Nineteen... Twenty!'' Brad walked downstairs. He saw a little movement behind the cupboard in the kitchen. He ignored it to play the game and he yelled:'' Mick?!! Where are you?!'' And he searched at another place. He heard a sound outside and he looked to find out what it was. Then he saw a bird flying and he continued searching. A minute later, across the room, he saw a little face of a kid. ''Found you!'' Brad smiled and walks towards Mick. ''Ahh, dammit! Have you found Jake jet?'' Brad nodded his head and said no. Brad was questioning himself how Mick could have displaced himself. He was in the same room, so that was almost impossible. ''He probably moved when I wasn't watching. When I saw that bird, I guess.'' Mumbled Brad. After they played a few more rounds, it was time for mick to get to bed. It was already 9:30, and he promised Hazel to put her kid in bed at 9 p.m. so he had to hurry. After Mick got his pajamas on and brushed his teeth, Brad sat down at the side of his bed. ''Do you want me to read you a story?'' Asked Brad kindly. ''No because I'm a brave kid!'' Said Mick proud. ''Okay, then I will leave. I'll be downstairs if you need me. Have a good night and sweet dreams.'' Mick smiled and closed his eyes, ready to sleep. Brad walked away and closed the door of his bedroom. He suddenly hears a weird noise from the bedroom. He imminently opened the door and asked Mick worried:''Are you okay? What was that noise I heard?'' Mick replied:'' Oh, it was nothing. Jake and I, wished each other a good night. That's all. Why?'' Brad sighed with relief:'' Okay, have a good night Mick.'' The rest of the evening, he watched a movie and ate some chips. When it was like an hour or two in the night, Hazel came home. ''Hi!'' Said Brad, and he yawned a little. Hazel said:'' Are you tired?'' ''Just a little, but that's okay.'' ''Good'' Said Hazel and she seemed happy and asked:''How was Mick doing?'' ''Really well actually! He behaved really well. What was the problem with other babysitters then?'' Hazel sighed:'' Well, people think that our house is scary. They hear a lot of things and they say that there is a lot going on, apparently. And after a few months, Mick can be a little bored with a person, so he will try to scare you away. He has done it for years now.'' Brad said:'' I'll see. But I really want to get some sleep now at home, if you don't mind.'' Hazel replied with:'' Of course you can go! Here is your first paycheck.'' Hazel gave Brad an envelope. ''Open it at home and have a good day!'' Brad thanked her and he walked away. He smiled and he felt amazing by seeing Hazel and her kid. When he got home, Matthew was already sleeping. Brad opened the envelope and there were 500 bucks in there. He didn't know what to think of it. He hadn't slept so well in months, and he fell asleep with a very big smile on his face,
