Yume came at the end of Y/n's shift, which was 7pm. It was a few hours after their conversation. Yume walked in holding a helmet under his armpit. He smiled at Y/n.

Y/n sighed. "Don't you have a job or something?"

Yume walked up to the register. "Author, remember?"

"That can't be stable."

"Not at all, but I own a house, so it's stable enough." Yume grinned.

"Are you trying to flex that you own a house?"

"Yup."

"Wow. Nice flex, but fuck off. I could get a house if I wanted to."

"Don't say that too loud. Your pants will get set on fire."

"Why?"

"Liar liar pants on fire."

Y/n sighed. "I wish the block applied to real life."

"Come now. It's the end of your shift, and it's beautiful outside. How about we go for a ride?" Yume pointed to his helmet.

"Motorcycle? Why not. I heard their accidents are more deadly."

Yume deadpanned. "Jesus... We aren't going to die."

"Yeah, yeah, give me a few minutes."

~

Yume and Y/n had their helmets on, that had microphones in them. They were full faced Helmets. Yume's helmet was all black with a black visor. Y/n's helmet was white with cat ears. The motorcycle was a sports bike that was midnight blue.

"Dumbass... Why do I have to wear the cat helmet?" Y/n asked through the microphone.

The two hasn't started moving yet.

"My heads too big for it. Seems like yours is a perfect fit." Yume laughed.

"Shut up, and start driving."

"Yes, Smartass."

Yume kicked up the stand and roared the engine. Y/n was holding the side rails, causing Yume to pout.

"Hold onto me."

"Too cliche."

"You're gonna regret that." Yume snickered.

Yume backed out of the parking spot, and drove onto the street. He grinned happily, as he sped way past the limit.

He was zipping through cars like a maniac. Y/n quickly held onto Yume. For once, he was actually scared to die.

He would never admit to it though.

Yume stopped the zipping, once he felt Y/n's arms around him. Yume felt secure, like nothing could go wrong if Y/n held him.

Yume drove normally afterwards, and some how the police didn't catch them.

~

The sun was going down, and Yume continued driving somewhere, but Y/n didn't know where. He had fallen asleep against Yume's back.

Yume was just driving around town, not really having a destination in mind. They drove until Yume stopped to get gas. Yume gently shook Y/n awake, who whined.

"Whaaat?" Y/n whined.

"Time to get up, sweetie. I need to get some gas and drive you home." Yume spoke into the mic.

Y/n groggily sat up, as Yume kicked down the stand and got off the Motorcycle. He went to the pump and started pumping gas.

Y/n got off the Motorcycle and walked inside the store to grab something to drink. Y/n went straight to the slushie machine, and got the blueberry slushie mixed with the cherry slushie.

Y/n didn't take his helmet off, as he struggled to pay with his card. Once Y/n managed to pay, he went back outside to see Yume with his helmet off, a glove in his mouth, and texting on his phone. Y/n took off his helmet and sipped on his slushie.

"Who are you texting?" Y/n questioned.

Yume jumped, fumbled with his phone, and quickly deleted the tab. Then he saw it was Y/n.

"Oh, it's just you." Yume hummed. Yume reopened the tab to show Y/n he was just texting in a group chat.

The names where Luke Warm, Mark Cold, and James Hot. Y/n sweatdropped, as he got the joke. It was a stupid joke.

Y/n saw the stupid memes sent between the four.

"Why were you so startled?"

"Kinda a thing I don't want everyone to see, ya know?"

"Sure, Dumbass. Take me home already."

"Gotcha, sweetems." Yume winked. "Put on your helmet."

Yume and Y/n put on their helmets, and hopped back on the motorcycle. Yume had given Y/n his phone to type in his address, which Y/n did. Yume put his phone on it's stand, and started driving Y/n home.

~

They got to Y/n's apartment complex. Y/n hoped off the bike. He put the helmet in the trunk, and walked up Yume. Y/n kissed Yume's helmet, and went inside his apartment complex.

Yume started grinning under the helmet in embarrassment.

"Damn, he's adorable..."
