According to Google, a psychopath has a chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior. Dissimilar to sociopaths, psychopaths are born, not made.

Sociopaths and psychopaths are, indeed, not the same. Sociopaths have a weak, scarce, ability to feel remorse, compared to a psychopath, who has little to no feelings of remorse or guilt.
Contrary to the popular belief, not all psychopaths are atrocious murderers or criminals. Numerous successful businessmen have exhibited signals of psychopathy.
Now, what are the signs of psychopathy?

Pathological lying
A constant need for stimulation for they're prone to boredom
Lack of remorse. Or Shallow affect
Parasitic lifestyle
Failure to accept responsibility for their actions
Callous, or lack of empathy
Promiscuous behavior
Juvenile delinquency
Early behavioral problems
Numerous short-term marital relationships.OTHER:
- Psychopaths, after being released from custody or prison, have a higher, increased rate of performing yet another offense.
- Showing one a rather heavily grotesque image, it is only natural for them to flinch, feel repulsed, scared, or disgusted. However, psychopaths will be quite curious and perhaps interested in the image!WILL UPDATE.
