Jay's POV:

I grabbed the bottle of ointment in anger as I walked towards him.

"I told you to not get into fights! I told you to never use violence but you did it anyways!" I said angrily while applying the ointment on his cheek.

"I'm sorry, but they were talking bad about you—"

"I told you to ignore them." I said firmly

"well I can't just stand there and let them bully my best friend! Tell me what I was supposed to do Jay!" He stood up

I stood up and yelled at him as well "Well for starters you should've kept calm and talk to them!"

"How can I when they keep saying bad things about you?! You know I lose my cool when people talk shit about you like that!" he says while I calm him down

"Just ignore what they say. You're literally our schools popular football player, don't let irrelevant harmful fights stain your reputation" I said sitting down.

I pat the seat next to him while he sits down as well.

"I'd rather be seen as the person who punched someone in the face for defending my best friend than being a popular douche bag who doesn't care about his friend at all!" he storms out while I sigh.

3rd person's POV:

Jungwon rarely gets angry and that's because Jay is in his side to keep him calm. But today jungwon had football practice and Jay has his glee club meeting.

Jay knows how to handle jungwon's temper but today he doesn't know how to.

"great. I can't find him" Jay sighs and gives up.

Jay ruffles his hair out of frustration.

What if he's fighting someone right now?

Just then, someone tapped Jay's shoulders.

Jay turned around and saw Jungwon with an angry face but his hand had a daisy.

"peace offering?" Jay thought

"I'm sorry for yelling at you. I didn't mean to make you worry and letting you skip glee club like that. From now on I'll control my anger" He said, not facing Jay.

Jay laughs and takes the flower, in exchange he gives him banana milk.

"Here, to cool you off for the mean time" he smiles but he notices jungwon's cheeks isn't properly treated

"let's go back to the clinic so I can treat that wound of yours." He says as he walks to the clinic with jungwon by his side.

"you're the bestest friend I could ask for" jungwon side hugs Jay as he gives a sad smile.

'best friend' hah. You're just a best friend Jay..
