MENTIONS OF MURDER AND THREATS

I jolt up. Looking around I'm in a room? My head is pounding. This place isn't familiar. I remember the events of last night.
"𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐎𝐍𝐋𝐘 𝐀 𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐇𝐀 𝐈 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐕𝐄 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐇𝐀𝐃 𝐀 𝐍𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐄! 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭?"
Getting up I walk towards the bathroom. The first thing I notice is the mirror.
Red lipstick all over it.
"𝙄𝙏𝙎 𝙊𝙐𝙍 𝙇𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙇𝙀 𝙎𝙀𝘾𝙍𝙀𝙏 𝙇𝙊𝙑𝙀"
Fuck it wasn't a nightmare.
I walk downstairs still unaware of where I am. I see William making lunch. I stop exactly where I am.
" Good morning love! How did you sleep?" He grabs a knife and starts chopping some tomatoes.
I don't answer.
" I asked you a question Y/n, and I expect and damn answer." He stops what he is doing and stares at me.
" I'm waiting." When he doesn't get what he wants he'll do anything.
" I slept fine." I spat out.
"That's not the way to talk to me." He slammed the knife down. I just glare at him. His grip strengthened around the knife.
"𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓"
"I'm sorry!"
" Good, lunch will be ready in a few." He loosened his hold on the knife and continued cutting.

He set the bowl of salad down in front of me.
" Lunch is served enjoy!" He smiled at me staring at me with a psychotic look.
" Thank you." I grab the fork and go to take a bite. He is still staring.
" Why do you keep staring at me? Fucking weirdo." I mumble the last part under my breath. His face immediately stiffens.
Looking back up, I know he heard. At this point there is an intense staring battle going on.
"Would you care to repeat what you said Y/n? I didn't quite catch the last part."
"I'm good thanks tho." I take a bite of the salad.
I hear a small clatter. I look back at him with a confused look.
" shit" he mumbles.
" William are you ok?"
" Huh? Oh hah yes I'm fine why do you ask." He says grabbing a paper towel and wrapping it around his hand. Blood slowly sinks through the towel.
" Uhhh Will your bleeding."
"NO SHIT I AM!" He yelled at me.
I freeze, looking at him.
"𝐣𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬 𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠." I stand up.
I notice him taking off the paper towel and throwing it away. Small drops of blood hit the floor.
" Why did you do it William?"
Chuckling nervously, he asks " Do what my love?" We have spiked a nerve.
" Oh I don't know let me think, oh I know! MURDER A CHILD!"
He reaches for a knife and walks toward me. Pressing the freshly sharpened blade against my throat he whispers in my ear.
" You tell ANOTHER SOUL that and guess what love, you will wish you never knew me, understand?" Not answering his question he presses the blade against me harder.
" ok ok! I won't tell a soul!" I say frantically.
" good." He pulls the blade away.
" 𝐨𝐡 𝐠𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐲."
" Oh one more thing Y/n!" He struts towards a drawer and opens it pulling out a necklace.
" Here, happy early birthday." He motions for me to turn around I do not wanting to piss him off more. He latches it and twirls me around looking at the necklace. He smiles. It was a small necklace with a jeweled heart attached. I hold the necklace to look at it.
" 𝐰𝐨𝐰 𝐚 𝐟𝐞𝐰 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐠𝐮𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐚 𝐤𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐚 𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐤𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝."
" Thank you Will it is absolutely gorgeous." He brushes his hand across my face a moves a piece of hair behind my ear. His index finger moves down to my chin lifting it upwards. He slowly moves in closing the gap between us and slowly started kissing me. He rests his hands along my jawline. My hands begin messing with the hairs on the back of his head. This kiss intensifies. He pulls away. I smile while keeping my hands around his neck. His hands resting on my waist now. I pull him into a tender hug. Hesitantly he hugs back. We stay that way for a while. It's a comforting silence.
