This is based off of a dream I had last night.
UA has a "special Ed" class (it's actually a rehab/juvenile detention class, but people in the school call it that cuz they're assholes)
The class contains students who have dangerous quirks that can't be contained easily (ex: one girl has a quirk that can set off 7.0 mag earthquakes based off her mood). Its there to help rehabilitate any misfit kids with extremely devastating quirks so they may become heroes in the future or just stay out of trouble when reaching adulthood.
Timmy goes to Class 1A, then goes to this class for half the afternoon because they're a misfit.
