This guy does not have a name yet, but his quirk is "absorbing intellect". He's basically one of, if not the smartest teen on earth. Unfortunately, with an Iq that's off the charts comes boredom. The reason why he's in "Special Ed" is because he rigged important buildings full of explosives he made. Why? He wanted to see effects on the economy, society, and the ecological system. He was caught and sent directly to Tartarus before being sent to UA because the hero commission wants to use his quirk. Nobody but the H.C. And a few select teachers know about his crimes, which is why there is no public outrage at him joining the school.
Little fact: the scars on his neck and face are from stress scratching. It's his way of stimming.

Age: 15
This guy's quirk is "wolverine porcupine", and he has ISSUES. He has problems controlling his anger and at times will fight people for small things like a misplaced pickle in his sandwich. He is covered in sharp spines, has jagged teeth, and to top it all off, he has inhumane strength and speed.
He's basically an angry blender on legs.
he is also underdeveloped mentally to a certain extent.
He was neglected by his parents, but was luckily taken from them at the age of 6.
Unfortunately, his social and language development is below average. He can still have interactions, can speak basic language, but it's hard for him to build social bonds with others on his own.
He is in UA "Special Ed" to work on his skills, get therapy, and possibly, just maybe... get a job as a hero.
Funfact: his new adoptive parent is a wealthy, elderly woman who once worked as a hero. She's VERY supportive of Razor, and is the main reason he is in UA.
