Chapter 13

I yawned as something kept bumping on my snout. "What is it, Kaito?" I asked sleepily.

My first born cub yiped and shifted in and out of his human form. "You said we were going to visit our grandmas and grandpas today! Come on, let's go, mom, dad!"

Ame also yawned, "Its still a bit early for that."

I felt my second born cub, Akiko, nestled against me. "It is indeed too early for that, brother. Besides, I prefer to stay in the den."

Kaito shifted into his human form again and stuck his tongue out at his little sister. "Well, that's because you're boring. You need to be more confident!"

Ame chuckled, "This brings back memories. My older sister used to say that to me. I was quite shy when younger." He said.

When Ame and I had turned nineteen, we had officially become mates. Not long after, our first born, a male named Kaito, came along. He had the same dark blue hair and fur as Ame and my (E/C) eyes. He was confident and outgoing, like his aunt Yuki when she was younger.

Our second born, a female named Akiko, was born a year later. She had my (H/C) hair and fur and Ame's brown eyes. She was shy and didn't like to go out much, preferring to stay with me and Ame, much like Ame when he was younger.

We visited our other family regularly. Our pack was a very happy one. The feeling of being a mother was like what my mother had told me once; amazing.

Sure, there were times my kids made me somewhat annoyed, but that was normal.

Ame and I now had our own pack, and he once told me he was the happiest mate out there. I agreed readily with him.

Kaito ran around us as he walked towards Hana's house, in which Ame's family and mine were. We had agreed to meet there today.

When we arrived, Kaito ran to his grandparents and aunts and uncle. He gave all of them a hug, while Akiko greeted them but decided to stick with us.

Hana commented, "Akiko is a lot like the younger Ame. I still remember quite clearly."

Ame shook his head and chuckled. "You're right, mom."

Hana looked at the sky and sighed happily. "I did what your father asked. I took good care of you until you started your own family... Oh, I miss him."

Yuki nodded, but she didn't speak because she was very young when her father died. She didn't remember much about him. Neither did Ame.

A small wolf stumbled towards me, and I managed to get her in time before she fell. "Careful, little sis. Don't fall and hurt yourself." I said while laughing

She shifted into human form and grinned at me with closed eyes. She was still young and I adored her as much as I did my little brother.

I was now twenty six, my little brother was eighteen, my little sister was nine, Kaito was six and Akiko was now five. How quickly time had passed.

We watched my and Ame's children run around with (S/n). Ame placed his arm around my shoulder and I leaned my head against the side of his chest.

Everything was peaceful and happy.
