So the basic idea behind this story is that paris has these gangs, or "french mafia's"as they like to call them. The diffrence between them and normal gangs is that most (if not all) the members have some sort of ability that gives them an advantage or the opponent a disadvantage in battle.
(E.g. Joey Orlando has the power to predict things at least five minutes into the future. Remeber, make them practical but not godly.)
