chapter 3 ~ "good morning.. or not"

sierra pov;

i wake up with a pain in my arm. what the hell was it?

i look down to see a needle sticking out of my arm.

i quickly pull it out and examine it

'the hell is this??'

"sleep antidote..? why would i need this-"

my vision felt kinda shaky. what was going on?! was the needle fresh in my arm since it's already kicking in?

so many questions but so little answers.

i pick myself up and make my way to my dresser and put together a simple outfit and wobble out of my house.

a lady rushes over.

"my goodness! miss are you alright?!"

i shake my head.

"i need to get to an emergency center, pronto"

she nods and helps steadily walk me over

"excuse me, kind worker. please get this woman medical attention! she could barely walk over here!"

the old and grand lady says.

the worker nods and immediately comes from outside the counter to get sierra.

"hold on, ma'am! once we get back to a room, you can tell me what happened!"

i nod and let the workers put me on a stretcher and take me back to the closest room on the left.

"okay, miss. tell us what happened and what brought you here today?"

"well i woke up with a sleep antidote needle in my arm i never put in myself and want to make sure i'm *yawn* alright.."

the doctors nod.

"which arm was it?"

"my left one"

the doctor examines the arm and takes some blood tests.

"seems like the needle was put in recently. we should get authorities to search your home to see if there's someone there. whoever did this could be attempting to harm and or kidnap you."

i nod and lay back.

"we'll send authorities immediately and get back to you with what we find. please rest in the meantime. i'll get you medication for when you wake back up."

i doze off and hope whoever did this gets sentenced to the justice deserved...
