Riley watched as Tech pulled the Havoc Marauder out of hyper speed. She felt a knot tighten in her stomach at the sight of the imperial cruiser they were approaching. Although she had never had much interaction with the empire, Riley knew how dangerous it was.

"Do we have a plan or are we just gonna go and raid that ship?" Omega asked from the copilot seat. "We're making a plan right now. Tech, you got the floor plan?" Hunter said. Tech spun his chair around so he was facing everyone and pulled out a holo projector.

A blue hologram of the ship appeared, zooming in to show one of the floors. "These are the barracks here," Tech pointed to a spot on the projection, "Crosshair is most likely to be here or in the crew quarters here." Tech pointed to another spot on the ship.

"Due to the large size of the ship, it would be wise to split up. Hunter can determine who goes where." Tech informed them. Hunter nodded and stepped forward. "Mom, Echo, and Wrecker will go to the crew quarters. Meanwhile me, Tech, and Omega will go to the barracks." Hunter said after examining the projection.

Riley raised her hand waiting for Hunter to acknowledge her. "Yes mom?" Hunter sighed. "Are ya sure it's a good idea to bring a 12 year old into that thing?" Riley asked referring to Omega. "Hey you actually got my age right!" Omega mumbled, recalling the time when the entire Bad Batch thought she was only 7.

"She can handle herself, don't worry." Echo said, resting a hand on Omega's shoulder. Riley was skeptical about it but decided letting Omega fight was okay. "Anyways if you find Crosshair you comm the other team and meet up at their location. And Wrecker, this is a stealth mission, we're trying not to get caught." Hunter instructed, glaring at Wrecker.

"Aww man! Stealth missions are no fun!" Wrecker complained. Riley smiled at his childish behavior, it reminded her of when he was a cadet. Hunter rolled his eyes at his younger brother and continued to explain the plan.

Tech and Echo would block any detection of the Marauder and get into the landing bay. They'd take out any 'stormtroopers' that were there and find their way to the destinations.

Riley was angered at the fact that clones were being replaced, being sent maker knows where and probably being mistreated. She always hated the fact that clones were viewed as droids—expendable and worthless—they were living beings too and deserved more love and respect. That's one of the main reasons she took the job as a caretaker on Kamino, to give the cadets a sense of value and humanity and not just treat them like worthless soldiers.

"Everyone gear up, mom you gather whatever you need, we can give you some spare armor parts we have if you want." Hunter said. Riley nodded, "I'd appreciate that, thanks." Hunter led her to what seemed to be a storage closet and handed her a breastplate painted light gray and red, along with a utility belt and comlink.

"That's Tech's, it's the smallest one we have." He said, referring to the breast plate. He scratched the back of his neck, waiting for Riley to say something. She looked up at him—still not used to the fact that he's taller than her— and smiled.

"Heh it's fine, thank you." She responded, quickly putting all of the gear on. Hunter watched as she tucked some knives into the utility belt and strapped some blasters to it, she acted as though she had does that sort of thing hundreds of times.

"Y'know, you never told us how or why you got all of that stuff." He said. Riley looked up at him and smirked. "Let's just say I did some dangerous stuff as a teenager." She stated. Hunter raised an eyebrow at her, trying to pry more information.
