Two Alpha's

A/N: This might be lazy writing because it's literally 1 am in the morning 😀 but I felt like writing so here we are..- anyways here we go (also I'm going to try to do a third person pov as well and see what happens, tell me if you guys like it or not!!)

Third person's POV:

It was silent. Neither Devon nor Benjamin said a word. You could only hear birds chirping and the wind blowing.

"What?!" Benjamin said loudly, basically yelling at his mate for the question he'd had asked. "Just think about it! An Alpha without a pack usually goes insane alone because-"

"Don't even finish." Benjamin stated angrily walking slowly to Devon. Who had taken a step back. "Come on Benjamin.. you know I mean nothing bad about it. I just want you safe" Devon said pleadingly trying to calm Benjamin down a bit. "Do you think my wolf will actually allow that? You know I'll challenge you."

Devon sighed a deep sigh. "Then I guess I'll just have to show who is the actual boss. Please, Benjamin. I mean this for your own good, and Rose"

"Fine." Benjamin finally agreed. "Rose! Come here and shift, take these clothes as well to change into." As was told, Rosemary ran over to her adopted Dad and shifted. Taking the clothes that where in his hands and putting them on quickly. "Are we doing somewhere daddy?" She questions, confusion setting into her eyes, with a hint of wonder.

"Yes, yes we are. Now get on my back it'll be a bit of a long way's there." Rosemary nodded her head at her adopted Dad and got onto his back, him making sure she actually got on his back without much struggle. "Well, follow me mate."

"Don't even start."

They got their at noon, it took them longer to get to the pack grounds because they were in human form and not in their wolves. Rosemary being asleep on her adopted Dad's back, Benjamin. With Devon showing him a room where she could sleep in, right next ti his own room so him and Benjamin can share. Devon hoped that Benjamin didn't hate him.

It was kind of big for an Alpha to agree to be under another Alpha's word, exceptionally in a pack. It takes a lot for an Alpha to agree to that. Alpha's you see, have the gene of protecting his/her's pack mates, they want to lead them where they'd never get harmed. Nor be in danger. They feel possessive over their pack, and if an Alpha doesn't have a pack anymore then they go and challenge another Alpha. To see if they can take over so their wolf is at ease. But if they don't succeed their wolf will soon go crazy feeing the need to protect at least something, and soon they'd turn into a full wolf. Human side forgotten. Which this was what Devon feared for his mate, he is very proud of Benjamin making this hard decision to agree with.

After they got Rosemary tucked in bed, all cozy and comfortable. They went to Devon's room, not a word was said. Benjamin seemed dazed, which Devon noticed quite quickly.

"What's on your mind?" Devon questioned walking over to Benjamin,'putting his hand on his cheek. "How can two alpha's work? We both want to be the dominant one." Devon's eyes widen at his question and remained quiet for a minute.

"Well, I know I'm already the dominant one in this mating, and we both know it." Devon says with a smirk. Benjamin's eyes go wide, he steps closer to Devon, pushing him on the bed. "Excuse you. But I'm the dominant one."

"Is that so?" Devon's smirks at his answer, grabbing Benjamin's shoulders pushing him to the side. So now Devon was pinning him down. Blood rushes to Benjamin's cheeks fast, as he soon starts to blush, trying to get out of the other Alpha's hold. Devon leans down slowly, Benjamin and Devon keeping eye contact the whole time.
