"Noah get up! You have to get ready for your first day of school!" I hear my mom call out for me from down stairs. I grunt from my bed and sit up, rubbing the sleep out of my eyes. I lift my arms in a big stretch earning myself a yawn.
I think to myself, "Should I get up though.."
"Noah! Breakfast is ready!"
I'ma get up, food is ready and my stomach is growling like I could eat a horse. Or eat like one.
I get up walking to my closet grabbing a pair of black jeans and a black buttoned up shirt. Along with a black belt to hold my pants up, "I need more color in my life".

I grab my phone, putting it in my front pocket, and shoes. Walking downstairs I hear my little sister already talking about her new day as a freshman. Crazy how one day she was a little baby and now she is going to my school!
I walk towards the living room, putting my shoes down by the shoe cubby and walk over to the counter, sitting in the chair by my sister.
"Noah." My sister looks at me with all seriousness.
"Sap." I look back with her with the same amount of seriousness.
"How scary is high school?" I raise my eyebrow and let out a short sigh. "When you walk in everyone will hate you and think you grow broccoli out of your anus."
"WHAT?!" She shouts and I start to laugh at her reaction. "No no, don't worry. You'll be fine. Just no boys.." she looks at me with 'the look' and I lean over and whisper "or girls." She looks at me with an annoyed look and starts to whine at my rule and I laugh.
Sapphire or Sap for short, came out to me as bisexual and is to scared to tell our parents which I don't think they will be so mad because of how accepting they are.
"Oh Noah you finally woke up, make sure you help your sister around with school tomorrow." my Dad walks out, putting his hand on my shoulder smiling. "I gotchu Dad, i'll loose her in a second."
"Your such a bully." Sap whines to me with a grunt, i chuckle at her childish tactics. "Come on we are going to be late for school." I say as I finish my breakfast. God, I love my mom's cooking. Bacon so good!
"Hunny make sure you think about what you wanna do tomorrow!" My Mom yells from her office as me and Sap begin to leave. I forgot tomorrow is my birthday. I turn 18, i'm going to be a final adult. Which honestly is terrifying to think about. "Okay Mom!" I say and close the front door.
Grabbing my keys and I press the unlock button. I get in and turn on the car, handing my sister the phone for her to pick the playlist for the ride to school.
"What if I don't make any friends?"
"Don't worry you will."
"But this is like our seventh time moving.." Sap sighed out. I felt her pain honestly. Making friends is hard whenever your always the new kid. I smile at her and sigh. "Well you already have one friend, me." I make a hand gesture making towards my face and she laughs. And with that, we are here.
