"Are we there yet"
"You'll know when we're there." Alexei said doingbpig noises right after.

We walked up to a fence seeing a women standing there with a sniper.
"Honey we're home."
She walked out, we followed along.
"Welcome to my humble abode. Make yourself at home."
We walked inside the house, me following yelena the whole time. "Let's have a drink"

Yelena dragged a seat out slowly and sat down as I sat across her. Everyone was now sat at the table except for Alexei. We heard grunts from the bathroom and there was an awkward tension as we avoided eye contact.
"Let's drink"

Alexei cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. Yelena looked at him straight away seeing him in his suit. "Still fits"
Melina whistled implying he looked good. I looked down as yelena turned back "Oh my god"

Melina started clapping as Alexei walked over "I never washed it once. Come and drink."
Alexei took off his helmet and set it on the floor while melina poured him a drink. Alexei started singing " rise your works of salvation. Family back together again."
"Seeing as our family construct was just a calculated ruse that only lasted three years, I don't think we can use this term anymore, can we?"
"Agreed so here's what's going to happen"
"Okay a reunion then, huh plus the angel"

Melina's head shot up looking at Alexei then looking at me with wide eyes. "I want to say something right off the bat" Alexei continued, " you haven't aged a day huh. You're just as beautiful and as supple as the day they staged our marriage."
"You got fat. But still good."
"I just got out of prison. I,uh... have a lot of energy"

"Please don't do that. So here's what going to happen"
"Natasha don't slouch"
"I'm not slouching. I don't slouch" she said sitting up.
"You're gonna get a back hunch"
"Listen to your mother"
"Oh my gos this..."
"Up,up"
"All right enough, all of you."
"We didn't say anything. That's not fair."
"Here's what's gonna happen"

"I don't want any food"
"Eat a little something, yelena, for God's sake."
"You're gonna tell us the location of the red room"

Melina looked down sniffing, "you know it like when you told them that they could stay up late to catch santa claus"
"What? That was fun tou know 'he come down the chimney girls. Look out where is he' you wait for him, and then when the cookies are gone then you see he's there. No,no what? I want them to follow there dreams. Reach for the stars."

"Finding dreykov is not a fantasy. Its unfinished business."
"You can not defeat a man who commands the very will of others. You never saw the culmination of what we started in America. Nor did you."
Melina got up leaving to do something. "Natasha always focus, focus. Get what you want."

Melina came back in with a tablet sitting back down in her chair. She pressed some buttons and slightly yelled "Come in"
The door opened, hearing a pig snort. "Did that pig just open the door"
"Yes, it did. Good boy Alexei, good boy"
"You named a pig after me"
"You don't see the resemblance"
I really wanted to laugh but kept it in.
"See he sits just like dog. Amazing. Now watch."
"It's a little weird to me"
"Stop breathing" she said as she pressed more buttons on the tablet.
"We infiltrated the North Institute in ohio. It was a front for S.H.E.I.L.D. scientists. Actually it was hydra scientists at the time. In conjunction with the winter soldier project." I immediately looked down at that.

Nat looked at me and raised an eyebrow confused but left it. "They had dissected and deconstructed the human brain to create the first and only cellular blueprint of the basal ganglia. Was the hub for cognition. Voluntary motor movement, procedural learning. We didn't steal weaponry or technology. We stole the key to unlocking free will"

"What are you doing" Nat said disgusted.
"Oh, I'm explaining that the science is now so exact, the subject can be instructed to stop breathing and has no choice but to obey."
"Okay you made your point. Thats enough."
"Yes alright. Well, don't worry, Alexei could have survived eleven more seconds without oxygen. Good boy, now you go back, back home where its safe. The world functions on a higher level when it is controlled. Dreykov has chemically subjugated agents planted around the globe."
"And do you know who they test it on"

"No, thats not my department."
"Come on, come on. Don't lie to them."
"I'm not lying"
"You're dreykovs architect"
"What we're you? If I was his architect you were his partner. You were his business partner."
"No, no, no I was patsy. He sell me ideology."
"Stop with the polotics"
"All the while, bigger..."
"Shut up!" I shouted.
"You're an idiot. And you're a coward" Nat told them. "And our family was never real so there's nothing to hold on to. We're moving on."

I looked over to yelena and she looked hurt by everyone's words. "Never family, huh. In my heart, I am simple man. And I think for a couple deep undercover Russian agents I think we did great as parents."
"Yes we had our orders, and we played our roles to perfection."
"Who cares? That wasn't real"
"What"
"That wasn't real. Who cares?"
"Don't say that. Please don't say that. It was real. It was real to me. You are my mother. You were my real mother. The closest thing I ever had to one. The best part of my life was fake. And none of you told me. And those agents you chemically subjugated around the globe? Thay was me. And you. You got out. Dreykov made sure no one could escape. Are you gonna say anything. No. Don't touch me."

Yelena picked up the alcohol, got up and went to the end room. "Yelena" Nat said. "No"
I got up and followed her. I sag beside her and looked at her, showing a small smile. The door opened to see Alexei. "I came in here because I didnt want to talk." She said but grabbed my arm as I was about to leave. "Don't go" she whispered.

I stayed sat down next to her looking up to Alexei. "Okay, we, uh, we just sit" Alexei sat on the bed and stayed silent.
