Fake it

It was Saturday evening. Restaurants and cafes were full, as families got some time in the weekend to spend some time together.

There sat two men at a private table inside a cafe, clad in expensive clothes, holding hands as they talked, eyes full of love.

"So... Mr. Hwang, how do you feel meeting me for the first time?"

The black haired man asked, a mischievous smile evident in his face.

"Well I must say, I'm surprised Mr. Lee, you're more gorgeous in person."

The men with long blonde hairs replied with the same mischievousness.

"Well I can say the same for you too Mr. Hwang. And I must agree that a red shirt suits you well."

Mr. Lee or should I say Lee Felix, replied.

Mr. Hwang as in Hyunjin and Lee Felix are at a cafe, enjoying their date.

Hyunjin just smirked upon the comment.

Hwang Hyunjin is an interior designer, who stays busy almost all week, it's the first time in a few months he was free and hence the date.

Whereas Lee Felix is a songwriter and composer, which keeps him busy almost all week, even the weekends.

"So... Mr. Lee, shall we order something?"

"A coffee would be fine."

Felix replied casually.

After ordering while waiting for the order, Felix's attention went to the ring on Hyunjin's ring finger.

"So... Mr. Hwang is already engaged?"

Felix asked, acting a bit fishy.

"Uh huh." Hyunjin shook his head as a no.

Felix was confused.

"Married", Hyunjin continued without any expressions.

"You're married and still went on a date with me. That's so bold of you Mr. Hwang. Aren't you afraid that your partner will leave you?"

Felix enquired with a smirk coming a bit close towards Hyunjin.

"Arent you the bold one too, Mr. Lee? Have a partner and still go on a date with me."

Hyunjin smirked while reducing the gap between the faces a bit more.

As they held eye contact, with a little bit of gap between them, Felix was the one to move first.

"Our order is ready. Let me fetch it first."

With this he went to grab their orders.

Yes, Both Hwang Hyunjin and Lee Felix are married, yet they are here on a date with each other. Reasons? Unknown.

After they finished their coffee, they left the café.

"Where should we have our dinner?"
Felix asked.

"What about my place? I can cook well."

Hyunjin offered.

"Your place? Mr. Hwang what if your partner catches us?"

Felix asked with a mischievous grin.

"Well don't worry... The house is all ours today. And I will specially cook my special dish for you."

Hyunjin exclaims, as he grabs Felixs hands and goes towards his car.

"I must say Mr. Hwang, you're damn stubborn. Are you that attracted to me?"

Felix Comments while sitting on the passenger seat.

"Well aren't you too attracted to me Mr. Lee."

Hyunjin retorts back while smirking.

After reaching Hyunjin's house they both went inside.

"Make yourself at home Mr. Lee. I'll get our dinner ready."

Hyunjin said as he opened two buttons of his shirt and folded the sleeves.

Felix looked around the living room, it was a lively house with a homey feeling and comfort. There were pictures of Hyunjin and his partner on the wall.

Suddenly a dog came and attacked Felix with hugs and kisses.

"Ohh baby, you're such a lovely dog!"

"He's kkami. And he never does THAT to me to be honest."

Hyunjin replies while coming out of the kitchen.

"He's so cute!"

Felix exclaims.

"Yepp! He's. Okay the dinner is ready. Let's eat before it gets cold."

They went towards the table and sat there.

"So this is your special dish Mr. Hwang."

"Yepp... I hope you like it. It was my first time trying bulgogi after years."

"Gotta say, I'm impressed by your skills, Mr. Hwang."

As they were enjoying the food, suddenly the lights were out.

"What the fuck!"

Hyunjin exclaimed.

"No swear words in this household Mr."

Felix warns.

Hyunjin went and lit up a candle.

"Well let's have a candle light dinner."

He joked.

"The electricity doesnt understand moods."

Hyunjin complained.

"Oh let it be Hyun. Enjoy your weekend with me now, I don't care however it is."

"Sorry babe I was too busy this month and wasn't able to spend much time."

Hyunjin says, with a hint of guilt.

"I'm sorry too. The company wouldn't let me have a free weekend."

As they finished eating the electricity came back.

They both were sitting on the sofa while watching T.V with kkami between them.

"So Mr. Lee, how was my acting?"

Hyunjin asked while laughing.

"Well my lovely husband.... weren't you a bit overreacting?"

Felix said while pinching Hyunjins arms.

"Ouch Lix! Babe that hurts."

"Well that's why I pinched you, dramatic ass."

They both laughed.

"I can never imagine cheating on you."

Hyunjin says.

"Me neither."

And with hearts filled with love they leaned for a kiss, only to be separated by a barking kkami.

"Well, it looks like kkami wants kisses too!"

They both were married for 3 years now, deeply in love with each other.

Just to spice up their marriage a bit more, they decided to put on a play.
