In the empty room, only a couple of footsteps could be heard.

There was a boy shivering at a corner of the enormous room.

'Baby come out you know i won't hurt you.. I was a bit angry that's it.'

A hushed voice came.

'I won't repeat again.. Come out NoW.'

The boy shivered hearing the voice getting angrier.

'LEE FELIX COME OUT THIS INSTANT OR ELSE YOU KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES!'

Now the voice of the man got louder as he punched the wall.

The boy named Felix came out while clenching his shirt with his head down.

'Why are you shivering baby look at me.'
He held Felix's shoulders.

Felix ignored the words with tears streaming down his cheeks decorated with beautiful freckles.

'Look. At. Me. Now.'

His hold getting tighter with each word.

The voice made Felix flinch and he looked at his boyfriend.

His boyfriend Hwang Hyunjin. They have been dating for almost 4 years.

First it was going smoothly. They were the campuss famous couple. Both of them graduated from the same university.

But things went in different ways after 2 years, when they both decided to move in together.

Hwang Hyunjin, was an overly obsessed psychopath for Felix.

Felixs friends along with his family told him to leave hyunjin but he always replied with one thing,

'If i leave him will he change? No right? At least he listens to me. I can change him.'

Eventually they all gave in from convincing felix.

'Hyun I'm sorry. I didn't notice that the guy was coming for me and would hug me.'

'Bu-but...' Felix continued

'Don't worry he's just a colleague and nothing else. Please don't hurt him.'

'Awww is little lixie worried about his boy toy?'

'Don't worry baby, I won't hurt him. I'm a fragile man who can't even hurt a fly.'

Hyunjin gave a sarcastic laugh.

After that he dragged Felix towards their basement.

The scene there made Felix gasp and let out a silent cry.

There was a man blindfolded tied up in a chair with a bloodied forehead and a busted lip, most probably knocked you.

'Hyu-hyun.. You said you wouldn't hurt him.'

'Oopsieee? I never made a promise though.'

Hyunjin shrugged.

'He..he has a family hyun please this one time I'm asking for something.'

Felix desperately said.

'But baby he hugged, not only looked at you or talked with you, But he fucking had the audacity to hug you! Now how should we torture him.'

Hyunjin said, tapping his fingers on his chin.

Felix was devastated.

Hyunjin continued, 'How about we dig out his eyes so that he won't look at you and then cut off his hands. Yess! That sounds like the best idea ever!'

'Please hyunjin please this one time. I'll do anything you want. I'll cut all ties with him. Or I'll stop working or go out. Just..just let him go.'

'Now I can't do that, your job was your dream and I can't snatch my baby's dream. And about cutting ties with him, you eventually have to do it.'

'Hyunjin this one time stop being like this just for one time, for me...'

Felix took hyunjins face in his hands,
'Look at me hyun, I'm not going anywhere. I'm never leaving you. I promise, I only love you.'

Tears streamed down his face as Hyunjin looked at him like Felix was his entire world, and he really was.

'Aisshh! You can't just do that out of nowhere. Now I'm not even in the mood to play with this little guy here.'

Hyunjin let out an unhappy sigh.

'I don't have any other option but to release him, don't I?'

Felix let out a sigh of relief.

'BUT. you'll cut all your ties with him and I'll take care of the rest.'

As felix was about to say something, hyunjin interrupted him saying

'Yeah yeah I wont hurt him.... Okay I promise.'

'Now let's go. I'm sorry for yelling. Let me compensate by giving you some cuddles.'

'Okay'
Felix whispered with a light smile.

Hyunjin carried Felix and went towards their room.

'At least he still listens to me sometimes. I can change him'

There was the same thought again.

They love each other, are toxic but still can't stay without each other.

Love really is a double edged sword. It can protect you, make you feel alive and powerful, but can kill you too.
