We all walked up to my front door. After what happened back there, we needed answers. "Hey Jaeyoon isn't here right?" Tyler asked. "No, he won't be home until later, why? You scared?" I teased as I turned to him. "N-no! I just wondering" he defended. I laughed. We entered my home. "Follow me everyone" I walked through the house. "Is this the way to your room?" Taylor asked. "Nope! My room's upstairs" I answered. "Then where are we going?" Ashlyn asked. "Look, if my parents found out I'm even thinking about letting you guys see this, they'd send me to the afterlife" I stated. We stopped at a bookshelf. "You guys wait here a second, I have to ask for permission first" I said. "I thought you said your parents can't find out" Tyler crossed his arms. "I'm not asking my parents, I'm asking my ancestors" and with that I pulled back a book. The bookcase moved to the side and revealed an empty wall. "There's nothing there" Tyler exclaimed. I walked forward and through the wall. On the other side was quite a colorful world. Spirits from all over floated around. I turned to one of the colorful buildings and walked in. There was all of my ancestors. "Welcome dear Rosaline, what brings you here?" a womans voice said. It was my great grandma Audrie. "I came to ask permission to bring my friends in here" I stated. "Rose, you know better than to ask such a thing just to show off, you know that our family is the only one that has access to this world of the afterlife" my great uncle Jim responded. "It's not to show off, and I know that, but we really need help" I looked up at them with desperate eyes. "Fine" Uncle Jim sighed. I nodded. "Thank you for your permission" I turned to Granny Audrie. She handed my some glowing green stones. "You're friends keep these on them while they're here and you bring them back to us when they leave" she said. I nodded. "Yes ma'am" I turned and walked out. I walked back through the wall and came face to face with the most confused and shocked faces that I've ever seen. "Hehe, sorry about how sudden this is but as you know, my family has a connection with ghosts, spirits and all that paranormal stuff, but we also have access to the world of the afterlife, and my ancestors have granted me permission to allow you, my friends, to see this world so we can get help" I held out the stones. "Please keep these on you at all times until you leave and then give them back so I can return them when we're done" I handed them the stones. "YOU'RE GONNA SKIP OVER THE FACT THAT YOU WALKED THROUGH THE WALL?!" Tyler yelled. "I know it's weird to see but can you please keep it down, Grandpa Billy is sleeping" I crossed my arms. "Yeah, you don't want to make a bad impression on her family, do you?" Aiden grinned. "Of course not" Tyler huffed. "I thought so since, you'll probably be apart of it one day" Aiden teased. Both mine and Tyler's faces turned red. "Anyways, you guys may come through" I gestured to the wall. "What do these stones do?" Taylor asked. "They're what allow non-Marcos  visitors, like yourselves, access to the world of the afterlife, if you lose them while you're in there, one you and I will get yelled at and two you'll be stuck in there forever" I answered. "WHAT?!" They all shouted. "What did I say about noise? Now if you guys are done, we can now move onto getting you through" I stated. "I swear if I just end up running into the wall instead of going through it, we're gonna have problems" Tyler huffed. "It'll be funny though" I said. He just scrunched his nose. "Ashlyn, would you like to go first?" I asked. She hesitated. "I will!" Aiden cheered and sprinted through it. "Why did I not see that coming?" I shook my head. With this new found courage, Ashlyn went through, then Logan, Then Taylor and Ben, leaving me and Tyler. "You ready to meet my family?" I asked. He suddenly became nervous. "What if they don't like me?" he questioned. "Tyler, of course they'll like you, now come on before Aiden does something stupid" I held my hand out to him. He took it and we walked through. His eyes filled with awe as he looked around. "This way" I dragged him along as the others followed. We walked through the door. "Everyone, meet my family, family meet my friends" I introduced them. "Nice to meet you everyone, I'm her aunt Lyndsey" my aunt came up. "I'm Taylor" the brunette grinned. "I'm Aiden and this is my cousin Ben" The blonde greeted with his eyes wide. "I'm Ashlyn" the girl looked around. "I'm Logan" he became extremely shy. Tyler was frozen. "And this is Tyler, Taylor's brother, he's my boyfriend" I said. "N-nice to m-meet you" he stuttered. "No need to be so nervous" my aunt said. "Auntie, we need answers" I stated. "You seem more serious than ever, is this dangerous?" she asked. I nodded. "I've looked into everything that we've ever experienced and researched and this doesn't appear in any of the records" I explained. My entire family looked at me. "WHAT?!" my uncle Jim exclaimed. "If that's the case, then we must bring you to the one who began our family legacy" my aunt turned away. "You mean, Granny Juju?" I questioned. "Precisely! It's time to dig deep into your roots of voodoo and magic and the gift given to us by the spirits" she cupped my face. "Now, on to the castle!" she cheered. "Castle?" Ashlyn asked. "Granny Juju rules the afterlife because of our abilities" I answered. "Come along now children" my aunt ushered us from the home. With that we began our long journey to the castle.
