Alone and Lost ~ Peter Pan/ Baelfire fanfiction OUAT

The Story

Ariel moves up on a rock not far from the mouth of the cave but still in the water. While I sit down on a damp rock while Peter stands.

"I while ago I swam away from my father and my sisters, I swam away from my original pod." I look at Ariel and at Peter. She is like me, lost; weird how she found herself in Neverland.

"I left one night, and there was some storm, I think it opened a portal that lead me here because there is no way I could have swam here that fast."

"That bad?" Peter raises an eyebrow then shakes his head in slight disbelief.

"Yes, I was alone for a while by myself here, I liked it, I may have not have known where I was but I did run away."

"Why did you? I mean If you don't mind me asking," I ask.

"I fell in love... I am in love... With a man, and I was known as a dreamer."

"What's wrong with dreaming?" Asks Peter.

"Nothing I know of, but my father wasn't to fond of that side of me I was never on time or never showed up or was doing something else related to the human world."

"Ouch." I say, "that sucks, but why don't you go to him?"

"Because I'm a fish, last time I saw him I had a braclete that let me walk on land, he knew that Ariel not Ariel Ariel," she says motioning her hand towards her tail.

"You're beautiful even with a tail," I say. I was truly in love with mermaids, the mermaids I met in the lagoon changed my opinion a little bit, but you can't judge them all by one. "If.. What was his name?"

"Eric, Prince Eric," she swoons.

I have to smile, "well if Prince Eric loved you then he still will, if he can't love you for who you are it's not right," Ariel smiles, "Eric fell for that smile, your laughter, your eyes. If he sees you differently he's only seeing half the story!" I say standing up. "If it's true love... You can't stop it." I feel a hand on my shoulder and turn its Peter with a smile. I raise my eyebrows and smile a small one then turn once more to Ariel. "So then what happened?"

She took a breath, "as I said before I swam away, and in the storm a portal opened and I swam into it by accident, when I got here I was all alone until I found-"

"Silia," Peter finishes her sentence. I look at him. Then back at her.

"And who would that be?" I ask not aware.

"The first one you talked to yesterday," Ariel stated. I slightly cringe at the thought of her again, she was so rude, her logic made no sense.

"Oh," I say.

"I joined her pod though after she approached me eight the other girls in the pod, they said they'd been watching me and I could join their pod, I didn't at first but eventually I did, I got too lonely."

"I know how that can feel," I whisper under my breath, I feel a presents take a step closer, I turn to see Peter.

"We all do," he states as he brushes his finger tips against my fingers, I look at my fingers as I feel his fingers then look back up at him, he plays with my fingers but doesn't grab my hand, it gives me butterflies.

"Sooo.. I joined her pod but I'm not like them, I don't belong in their pod," she sighs.

"Well, then go," I laugh, "to find Eric! You love him clearly!"

Ariel smiles "Thank you, for that and what you said before, I truly needed that, I feel as if I should go pursue Prince Eric, but you just got here and I'd hate to leave a new friend."

"I'm fine," I smile at Peter then look back at her, just make sure you come and visit, cause I would like a friend to talk to everyone in a while!" I laugh.

"Here, I want you to have this!" She takes a seashell bracelet off her wrist, "something until I come back," she smiles handing it to me.

"Thanks," I smile. I put it on my wrist and walk to her and hug her she was damp but not soaking anymore because we'd been talking for a while now.

"Woo! I'm gonna do it!" She says as I pull away. "I'll be back soon! I promise!"

"Wait, Ariel," Peter called, "he handed her a bracelet, this well help you find him on land. It'll give you the ability to walk on land, I wish you the best," he says handing her the thick bracelet with a smirk.

"Thank you," she smiles. "Good bye for now!" She waves as we wave back and wish her luck before she jumps into the water and swims away.

I stand there with Peter as he still brushes my fingers with his, then I stop him by slightly easing my fingers through his, then he moves the rest if his fingers into mine and I look at our hands then go to look up at him, but our eyes meet sooner than expected. I look at him, his green eyes and he looks into my brown eyes. I take a deep breath before braking into a smile and he does the same but looks away and shakes his head still smiling.

"What?!" I laugh.

"What you said to Ariel, you were just passionate about something, I haven't seen you like that, I liked it."

"Your weird," I laugh as I shake my head and turn the other way. He grabs my other hand and turns me to face him again, but I don't look at his eyes, I look at the floor.

"Look at me," he laughs.

"Maybe I don't want to!" I say but by accident I look up and my face is met by his, his lips on mine, it takes me a moment to figure out what's happening, but once I do I kiss him back, it just felt right. And he his hands still holding mine become tighter. Once we pull away, I look back at the ground biting my lip slightly. "I'm kinda happy I accidentally did," laugh. I look back up at him.

"And you call me weird?" He raises his one if his eyebrows. He smirks.

"Why do you always do that?! drives me crazy!!"

"Good!" he chuckles, I can feel my cheeks getting red, then he kisses my cheek. "Come on let's go see what the boys are up too," he says letting go of my left hand and pulling me up slightly and I proceed to fly with him without the use of pixie dust.

A/N: Okay guys trying to move this again so I noticed more reads are happening and schools been crazy and so has my emotional state, but I'm hanging in there, so here's an update!
