the elevator dinged after going up floor by floor you reached the 4th floor and took a deep breath walking towards the doors as they slid open revealing a group of people that were an interesting variety, to say the least from teens to a god "umm..." at the sound of the elevator and your voice all eyes on you "agent L/n these are the avengers" maria walks over to you taking the massive rectangular case "hi im Y/n" you say waving at everyone they all one by one introduced themselves then the group you will be joining the young avengers a bubbly archer sarcastic assassin energetic multiversal girl and a nerdy spider boy kate was blabbering on about how she is an archer "well have you ever shot a sniper rifle?" "no but I can shoot a bow that counts as something right" "eh" she scoffs at that "okay I challenge you to a weapons trade in the training room" "okay" turning to face maria she has a smirk plastered on her face "well lead the way" Yelena walks over to you "I like you already" "thank you" "if I win I want one of your best bows" you say over kate's shoulder "and if I win you have to...give me your agent files" "maria didn't give you them?" Yelena and kate shake their head "hmm..interesting" you say walking into the training area and putting your bags down and walking up to the shooting area as maria places your case down on the table as clint does kate's bows and arrows on the other side of the room's table.
scanning your fingerprint then clicking the case opens up a sniper rife in parts along with a couple of mags and bullets "go easy on her" maria says from beside you "wheres the fun in that?" you say with a smirk.
as you picked the rifle together, Yelena stared in awe, as well as America and Peter as you finished piecing the rifle together you walked towards kate "you know the basics right?" "yea.." she says unsure then looks over at clint she passes you the bow and a quiver to hold the arrows in "you both ready?" Yelena asks excitedly "yes" you both reply in unison they move the targets further away from you both "4 shots best acracy wins" clint spoke moving into a position you put the arrow onto the string letting it rest on the resting point hearing a click you just your body to face away and move your legs slightly apart turning your head to face the target and pulling the string to your cheek taking a deep breath then releasing the string the arrow flys forward hitting directly in the middle of the target making Yelena laugh "someones going to steal your place Bishop" kate just death stares at the girl as the others hold there laughter having followed in Natasha stands next to maria giving you a nod of encouragement "can Kat shoot the sniper?" watching her aim her shoulders were way too tense and she was clearly annoyed "we don't have to-" the bang of the gun cuts you off hitting just off of the target "go again take your time and untense your shoulders" she doesn't listen shooting again and again till only one bullet is left shooting another arrow right next to your previous 3 more times kate watched in shook then turning back to her target and firing the bullet hitting just below the bulseye "you have screwed me over in some way" she says "mhm" looking at maria and nat they nod there heads "i had a feeling you w ould say that so i put eight bullets in the mag instead" taking the rifle from her arms and checking the mag there was infact 4 bullets left sliding the mag back in with a click pulling back on the resiver a shell flys out hitting the floor gaming at the target breath in out in out.

the noise echoed threw the silence pressing a button the targets come closer more visible "how the-" "shhh" "YES KATE BISHOP YOU OWE ME MACARONI" a groan is heard from kate "fine Yelena" everyone laughs at Yelena's sudden outburst of energy.
"lesson one don't challenge a new team member on their first day" clint said to kate as you wink at her
