A Not-So Fearsome Womb

"Our windows have confirmed a curse womb about three hours ago. When the evacuation process was 90% of completion, the decision was made to close off the facility. Five of the inmates are trapped inside along with the curse."

The rain poured from the midst of the sky. It splashed on top of the gloomy detention center. You stood behind the two students whose head was wrapped around the subject of the matter. You were staring at a bird again. Yare-yare.

"Curse Wombs that grow and change shape. . . can be expected to become a cursed spirit that is close to a special grade," a man with glasses pointed out.

The word "special grade" was ringing in between the heads of the two jujutsu students who were actually paying attention. "Um, I still don't get this special grade thing at all. Can someone please explain to me?" Itadori pointed out. Kugisaki groaned.

A magical guide appeared in front of the two of you. You examined the guide and pondered at each one. 'None of them contain a blade? How strange.' you thought to yourself.

"Usually, a sorcerer will be assigned a mission to a curse or curses similar to their own grade. Like Gojo-sensei for example," Fushiguro explained. Itadori only scratched his head. "Where's the guy himself?" he asked.

"Agreed" you spoke. "With such power that he contains, he could achieve his own moral eternity," everyone sighed.

"He's on a business trip. To be more frank, someone as "powerful" as him shouldn't be wasting his time at jujutsu high," the man said.

"Our line of work is always lacking manpower. And being overwhelmed by missions is quite common. This time, it's an emergency," he continued.

"Do not engage! When you are in contact with a special grade, the options are either to run away or die. Listen to your fear. Do not forget- your mission is to locate and evacuate any survivors, nothing more," he explained. 'My power can hopefully gain eternity. Fear is nothing. All is eternal,' you thought to yourself.

"Hey! Hello! Excuse me!" a woman yelled from a distance. "Is Tadashi, my son, is he alright?!"

Itadori looked saddened. "She came to visit her son. But there is a high possibility that the poison had spread throughout the facility. We cannot speak any information at this point," the woman's heart sank. Tears streamed down her face, as she held a handkerchief.

"Fushiguro, Kugisaki, Baal. We have to save him!" Itadori exclaimed. Kugisaki nodded, but you and Fushiguro kept quiet.

"I will lower the curtain. Be careful and good luck. Emerge from darkness, blacker than darkness. Purify that which is impure," the man chanted to himself. A black liquid awakened from the sky above. Covering the opening surrounded with darkness.

"Because of the curtain, it closes off the area that we are in. It hides us from the outside. So no one can see what is happening," Fushiguro explained.
